2/16/15 Arrived promptly the 1st day. Could not locate the septic tank by digging with a shovel. Attempted location for about an hour. Contacted a backhoe operator he worked with on jobs too big for shovels, to dig out the septic tank. Backhoe operator could not come until 2 days later. Appt. rescheduled. Backhoe operator arrived on 2/18/15. Dug up multiple sites, as I had no idea where septic tank was, found tank after several attempts. Contacted Grant Co. Septic after tank was located. They came promptly and evacuated the septic tank. They were very friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. I will definitely contact them again for my septic service. Couldn't ask for more helpful people, willing to put in the extra time and trouble to help their customers out. They treat their customers like people not numbers. They definitely deserve their excellent rating!!!

Great service. Friendly. Knowledgeable. We just bought a house with a septic system in 2014. The former owners told us they had never had the septic emptied. He cleaned out the tank and told me all about how the system worked and how to care for it.

The gentlemen arrived on time and the company truck was very nice. He explained everything to me and asked several questions. He went on to pump the tank thoroughly (I could see the floor of my septic tank) and then ran a few tests to make sure the leech lines were performing correctly. He was finished in less than an hour and left no mess. He went on to explain basic maintenance that I could do to avoid septic problems and odor. I was very happy with the service, quality, and price!!

Wonderful service! Called and he came out quickly - after normal business hours since we were in a desperate situation. Came back in a few days to add new cap to septic tank.

They arrived on time and performed the pumping of the septic tank. He also removed the motor and showed me what to look for and how to do maintenance on it every year. I know nothing about septic systems as this is my first and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining my system. I will definitely use this provider again when service is needed.

They came and cleaned out our septic tank and did a great job. For a fee they were willing to dig up the lid but I wanted to save money so I did it myself.

The person who came out was great and everything that he did was fine. It was the first time that we ever had a septic tank. He told us a little bit about how it worked and what to be aware of. He also told us as to what not to be flushed down and the other obvious things. He also let us know that things were in good shape. He normally recommends every 3 years, but if we continue to use it the same way we do, then he wouldn't need to come out for another 5 years. So, he can get more business if he comes out every 3 years, but he seemed to be honest and gave us a nice opinion. He was willing to explain things to us which was really nice. The price that he charged wasn't a really good deal, but was right in line with anything else we had heard and was good too.
