Overhead Door of Northern Kentucky installed a garage door on my garage that does not match the door literally DIRECTLY next to it even though they installed the other door just a few months prior. Their reason they gave me when I asked, "The same door would have taken longer to receive." They didn't even ask me if a non-matching door was okay or I would have told them that I'd gladly wait to get a matching garage door! Obviously, I'm pretty upset over it, but there's nothing that I can do now...

The appointment was made for the next day. Tech Lance arrived about 45 minutes earlier than the expected time. He was courteous, friendly, professional and completed the job in about 20 minutes. The cost was reasonable. OHDNKY installed my doors originally and have provided excellent service a few times in the past.

Saturday morning I couldn't open my garage door. I called overhead door company and they were able to come fix the problem within a few hours. The technician was very personable. I was happy with everything except the price. It was $260 to fix the springs. That seems VERY expensive but we paid it because we were stuck in a jam and couldn't get my van out the garage without fixing it.

They have been excellent, punctual, and get the job done. They are very reasonable with their prices and I would highly recommend them.

Our garage door opener was not working from either the door pad, the keypad or the remote. I called the company and they were able to schedule us for the next day. Jason came out and fixed all the problems within an hour or so. He was very professional and the charge was reasonable. We had another company came out a few days ago and the person couldn't fix it. We are very happy with the service and will definitely hire them again.

Spring was replaced within 2 hours is service call. Brad was professional, friendly and helpful in demonstrating how to maintain my door and springs.

I called this morning at 7:45 and set up an appointment for late morning the same day. A very professional team arrived at 11:30 and completed the repair in an hour. Very pleased with the promptness and work accomplished by a very professional team.

It took him less than an hour and after he finished, he showed me how to work everything and he even programmed my car garage opener. The garage opener itself works great and is very quiet when moving up and down. We are very happy with the new opener and with Overhead Door!

We requested a repair, but the repair person advised us to get a new opener for many reasons. We had anticipated that so the next morning the installer arrived and installed a new opener with a keypad and remotes. He also installed new springs.

Brad Hinton was very professional and did an excellent job fixing the door and took it upon himself to check the other door as well to make sure that they were both in good shape as we are selling our house. He was polite and had our door fixed in under 30 minutes! Thank you!

WOW! I was expecting a complete sales pitch when the technician arrived, ya know, the ole "Yup looks like your going to need a whole new garage door, this one is too outdated." But nope, he arrived on time with the correct parts and billed me for EXACTLY what I was quoted over the phone, The technician was polite, courteous and very professional. When he was done installing the new spring he inspected the entire garage door mechanism, made some adjustments to the door so it would close more efficiently and sprayed lubricant on all moving parts. He said overall the door looks good and gave me some pointers on keeping it clean and lubed to help extend the life of the spring and door. In and out in just a hair over an hour, nice!!!! There was a $25 fee for coming out on a Saturday which I found to be VERY reasonable considering otherwise I'd have to wait until Monday (or later) with a 170 pound door to open and close manually, no way! Give this guy a raise!!!! Excellent job folks! Will strongly recommend your services to anyone who might need them!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

This company did a wonderful job. We had moved into a house where the garage door opener was missing. I had no idea what to expect as far as price and how long it would take to install. The gentleman that came worked efficiently and was even courteous of my napping babies. He finished way faster than I expected and I got a great garage door opener that was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend.

It was easy to schedule, the technician arrived on time, and the repairs were completed quickly.

Installation was semless. The workman arrived at my home before I got there. Since there were other workmen there, they gave him access to the garage which was open. The installation was nearly complete when I arrived. I had left a discount coupon at my office but the workman provided me with one.
