Very dissatisfied. They tried to take advantage of an 80+ yo by not even completing a repair, produced a false image of a faulty (12 year old) heat exchanger at $99 wanting me to buy a new furnace. Thanks to website weeks of research and using my wood stove, info I was able to clean the condenser trap in 10 minutes and the furnace has been working for weeks, now.

The staff were great. The estimate was very informative . He explained the issue with our current furnace and explained hou the issue could happen again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Your categories are inadequate. This was a maintenance visit. He found issues with multiple things and repaired and changed some things. I can't be specific but he worked very hard to diagnose the problem and corrected it.

Mr Freeman is excellent. I did the plumbing here starting in 1992. He is better and a true master plumber. I have more work here but putting in $30,000.00 roof starting tomorrow and have a sewer line and historic metal gates in back alley. Bush alley now closed for way too much. So I will have u back when budget is manageable. I will try the link thing later. But want Mr. Freeman's management know I have 50 yrs experience but he is a gem.

The service was exceptionally professional. Prompt and informative. The weather was very cold. Still they worked quickly and made sure everything was working correctly before they left.
