He should have had his own cleaning supplies, also, rages. Should have explained what he did to the rooter, it broke. So, I do not know if he could auger very well.

Dan Niceley was amazing! He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it with an easy, quick process! I also asked him to look at a sink gurgle which I had another plumber try to diagnose, who spoke about a long, convoluted, expressive process. To fix. I dismissed him. Dan diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes!

Zach Niceley explained things well and scheduled a time for a heat pump to be put in. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us the best system with discounts. He is a wonderful young man.

My expectations were exceeded during my furnace tune-up for the winter of 2021. My furnace is running a lot more efficient. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He shared the condition of my system before and after the tune-up. I'm looking forward to lower heating bills as a result of all the adjustment made.
