Annual check up for heater and related systems. Stephen did an excellent job checking the new heater that was installed last year. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to all my questions and replied to everything thoroughly and patiently. Dealing with him was a pleasure.

Highly recommend. Also have used them for duct work. Today I had a gas rep tell me I had a gas leak. Schneller and Knochelman came out to verify because they could tell I was upset. Made a special stop on his way home and gave this novice homeowner advice on where to go next. I trust them and refuse to use anyone else!

I had Kevin of S&K repair my A/C condenser. He did a thorough check of my system, did the repair, and everything is working fine. It turned out to be a minor repair, and they did not pressure me, or upsell me any services I did not want (really appreciated that!) I would definitely recommend this company to others.
