I strongly recommend this family-owned company. They are very responsive to questions, explain things thoroughly and have competitive pricing. I compared quotes from 4 companies in the Cincy area, and they offered the best value for replacement of our two older heat pumps. The work crews replaced both and the air handlers in one, very cold rainy day, and left without a trace. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Since they are not exclusive to single product brands (like Carrier), they can offer a range of options to suit your needs, instead of just one.

Jan 2022 - We had a very complicated situation. Half our house has a basement the other half is on a slab. Because of this, our house had 2 different systems, one of which still used expensive heating oil. Joe did a thorough walk through, understood our issues and came up with a solid plan where other companies ghosted us! They replaced EVERYTHING AC, furnace, ducts, vents, thermostat etc and put ONE new system throughout by using the attic. The house is much more comfortable and the cold zones are gone. It was a huge job - I think ALL their workers were here. Everyone was very friendly, clean and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Schneller Knochlemann.

Nick was exceptional! On a late Saturday morning, he provided an estimate, and by 5:00 PM our hot water was restored. He also cleaned up the water heater area, demonstrated to us the tank lighting procedure, and was very pleasant and courteous.
