The entire experience was wonderful. Scheduling, communication before the job, and the job itself went extremely seamlessly. The men who came to do the carpet cleaning were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. It was fine. They were really good. They did what they said they would do. I was satisfied. They did an estimate and told us it would cost more since we have more windows. They were punctual.

No complaints with the cleaning. Only issue was that the company tried to charge me additional money for the cleaning without verifying it with me. As soon as I brought the issue up they immediately refunded my money. Very happy with the response.

It was okay. My wife said that the floor shine didn’t last as long as she’d thought. They were at the home for about an hour. We had them clean our hallway.

I have never written an Angie's List review so quickly. Red Carpet's service was excellent and I have no complaints - only praises. I was hospitalized ten days on an emergency basis and returned home to a urine (cat) soaked carpet that needed to be cleaned immediately. The cats were fine, well fed and received their medications thanks to a dear neighbor, but the stress of my being gone took its toll on one of them. I called Red Carpet on Friday, explained my situation and they arranged to send their cat odor expert to my home first thing Monday morning. Justin and his partner were as punctual as can be. He assessed the situation and presented me with options and his recommendations for the best possible outcomes in terms of cost and effectiveness. I chose to proceed with basic cleaning and deodorizing as a more immediate solution and to follow-up in a few weeks with other more permanent options. Justin and partner worked through my home in good time and the carpets look wonderful. Not sure how much the odor will dissipate because the pads were urine soaked, but at least it is clean, sanitized and for now the odor is minimized until I can take further action. Justin is a great asset to Red Carpet, which is is A++++ in my books.

One person did all of the cleaning by himself. He was very punctual, professional, pleasant, efficient, and extremely diligent. He arrived and went straight to work. He didn't even mind our two crazy beagles who had to come in and check him out. My husband and I are convinced the windows haven't looked that good since they were installed over 8 years ago. Some of the windows look as if there is no window there at all now. He even did a couple of windows that are very high and require an extension ladder from either side. The house looks a thousand times better. Also, someone from Mella called the day before to confirm the appointment. I will definitely be calling this company again next year. Undoubtedly worth the money spent.

They came out to clean my carpet and a few rugs but wanted to charge additional fees. Everything is a la carte. You have to pay for them to put pads underneath furniture and also have to pay for them to move furniture otherwise they only clean around furniture. They said they were going to bring fans but then didn't. Not pleased at all with the price and all the additional charges. Consumer beware.

The technicians, Dave and Michael were polite, professional and prompt. I had the whole house cleaned with one room using their deep clean service. The carpets look clean enough I suppose BUT, I had to ask them to move furniture to clean under the smaller pieces and they were surprised at my request. Then they charged $15.00 extra to do so. Previously all furniture movement and replacement has been a part of the service providers service. Back in the day, all companies offered this and also offered a discount service if the customer only wanted or needed "traffic areas" cleaned without moving furniture. A DISCOUNT Their web site talks about a fan they run after the cleaning for 30 minute dry time. I asked about this, they told me someone had rented the fan so I did not get that service and did not receive a discount for the lack thereof. My carpets are still wet and the deep clean may take days to dry. I hired them to clean a love seat and it does not look any different or cleaner for a waste of $58.00. I did receive the 10% Angie's list discount but even with that, I would have been better off using their competitor offering 5 areas for $99.00 with rather the same results .Nice people, nice company but way overpriced and misleading web site. Oh, by the way, they do not answer requests for call backs so good luck and be sure to call when they are in the office.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets. We just moved into a new house and wanted our carpets cleaned. We did the 5 rooms for $99 special. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do ahead of time. There was one room that started showing 2 stains after the carpets dried and they came back and did an additional spot treatment which totally fixed the problem. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend and use this company again for carpet cleaning.

There was a misunderstanding with what I wanted done inside, they were in the process of packing up for another job. I brought it up to them and they have the attitude of the customer is always right which I appreciated. The ceiling in the porch roof was not done very well, they came back on a different day and did the job very thoroughly.
