Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning

Great! Half the windows were 2 1/2 stories off the ground, many painted shut, but as promised they didn't charge extra for any of that and in fact kept all windows closed anyway. They climbed up to every window (no poles were used). They honored the 20-for-$149 coupon and decided not to charge extra for the leaded glass in some of the sashes. They even cleaned a couple of sidelights I hadn't mentioned, which was nice. I'm cheap enough that I'd already scrubbed all my storms and screens myself (on the driveway where I can be messy about it), but for the windows themselves I was pleased with the quality and value Mella provided.

Once again, they hit it out of the park! They were in and out quickly, and did a great job. They were professional, friendly and thorough. They even went outside to clean a couple windows where they saw smudges outside, which they did not have to do, so that made a nice impression on me. They insisted that I check their work before writing out the check. They really did a good job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Mella showed up on time, two-man crew, promptly got to work, and completed the job under a half-hour. One person came inside to remove screens, while the other started immediately washing the exterior windows. They did a great job, were respectful and friendly. They even pointed out a couple windows that had failed vacuum seals, which I appreciated. What was really nice was that their web site offered immediate online scheduling, so you could do self-service and schedule yourself for a day and time that fit your schedule. It even provided a real-time quote, so you knew what to expect in terms of price. I utilized that and it worked great. That is a really nice customer service feature that not every window cleaner has. They did such a good job at a reasonable price that I've since scheduled them back out to clean my interior windows and do a detailed cleaning of the window sills as well. I highly recommend them for window cleaning. Oh, and if you have to call them, they are wonderful and offer great customer service.

Everything was done professionally and promptly. From the phone call to schedule to the last window cleaned, I was super pleased. I am a repeat customer and have been using Mella for a few years for my annual window cleaning. I have removable grids in my windows that can be a little temperamental to say the least and they are able to deal with those, no problem. They even cleaned the windows in my garage doors. My gutters had some blocked downspouts which was causing overflow issues and they took care of that for me. One section of gutter had actually slightly pulled away from the house because of a clog. The worker not only cleared the problem but also reattached the gutter to the best of his ability and brought my attention to the fact that it may need to be serviced in the near future to prevent further problems. I will continue to do business with Mella. They are prompt, courteous and conscientious. The best day of spring is looking through clean windows. What a difference it makes!! Thanks Mella. I should actually have it done more than once a year.

Mella providers arrived early, planned the most expedient way to get the job done, which was quickly and professionally. Our windows (and screens) are like new. GREAT JOB!!!

Mella are real pros. Easy to deal with on the phone, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The techs remember about our pets and they charge according to the actual number of our windows which is less than their "Special". The owner actually decline to offer Mella's new floor refurb. service because he believed that it would not work as expected for our floors. Whatever services Mella offers that I can use, I will.

We have used Mella on two houses on opposite sides of Cincinnati and continue to be very pleased. Courteous serviceman arrived on time and cleaned our 20 windows, in and out, in approximately one hour. Spotless results. Scheduling was quick and courteous, with a timely reminder the day before and a call from the driver en route.

They showed up right at the time they promised (actually a little early which was fine). They did not know that my house had storm windows on the first floor; initially they thought that they would have to charge me more than the voucher price. However, since I have a relatively small house that had 14 windows and the voucher was for 20 windows, they figured out that the difference to clean the storm windows was offset by the fact that I had less than 20 windows. They cleaned everything to my expectations, including wiping down the window frames. They even cleaned the windows on my front and back doors - I was not expecting that! They were courteous, professional and efficient (the whole job took a little more than 1.5 hours with two technicians). The windows look great - I had not cleaned them in the 4 years I lived in the house but I will definitely do it more often now that I can see the difference clean windows make in the appearance of the house.

They offered a deal for windows. They did a beautiful job. I have recommended them to several people and plan to use them again in the future.

My brother, who has never steered me wrong, recommended Red Carpet Floor Care, which is now Mella. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service from the time I booked the appointment with Michelle to the technicians Rob and Justin. Having dogs, my carpet looked awful, but now looks brand new after the magic of Rob and Justin. The Rotovac carpet cleaner is quite impressive as well as their drying fan. The project manager was very thoughtful! Even cleaned my bedroom mirror for me. The team went the extra mile and they were wonderful! The project manager even told me what windows I may want to replace in the future.

They cleaned all windows inside and out in just about an hour; they worked fast and efficient. Both gentlemen wore shoe covers to protect my floors. I debated whether or not I should have my screens cleaned and they suggested I might be able to save myself some money if I didn't because they seemed to be in really good shape. I appreciated the honest feedback instead of an attempt to sell a service I didn't need. I'm not sure I'll ever clean my own windows again after this.

They came promptly, worked hard & were most professional. Did a very good job on the carpets and windows. Some very stubborn spots came back up on the carpet, but for many stubborn spots they were able to remove more than I expected. Very difficult windows to clean & on 3 stories. The screens were clean, but the screen frames were not. They were left fairly dirty. I assumed that was part of the screen. They were helpful in pointing out torn screens & leaving them out for repair as suggested. Referred me to a very good place for the repair. On the whole I give them an excellent.

Outstanding. After not receiving a call back from a window cleaning outfit we had used for fours years I discovered Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List. I submitted an inquiry to the company at 8PM on a Monday; received a reply from the owner BJ David in less than 10 minutes. Work was accomplished three days later! This type of responsiveness by a business of any size is generally unheard of anymore. Two technicians did a great job in cleaning the windows. (Cost includes exterior windows & screens to be completed at a future date.)
