Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in three bedrooms, a hall, a stairwell, and the family and living rooms. | |The carpets were cleaned to standard - I had an incorrect impression that they would bring the fans they advertise to dry multiple carpets before they left, but it didn't work that way. They asked where to start and I asked if there was a place they usually start and they said upstairs. They then cleaned the carpets upstairs and used their fan to dry the master bedroom carpet. All of the other carpets took 24-48 hours to completely dry. | |I wish they had better explained that they only dry one room of carpet before leaving, and had responded to my question about where they usually start by stating they start in whatever room needs to be dry when they leave. Could have provided a lot of clarity. | |I have gotten quicker drying time and lower prices elsewhere in the past, but I would use red carpet again if the other company I've used wasn't available.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet in two rooms and a couple of area rugs. My daughter poured out an entire bottle of syrup in several spots. They got the syrup out entirely. They did have to come back out to get the rest out of an area rug and Brian came out and got the syrup out for us as soon as he could. My carpets looked refreshed and very clean when they left. They were very soft. I had companies in the past clean them and my carpet felt "crunchy" when they were finished. My carpet looked like new. I was very satisified and would only use this company in the future.

Description of Work: These two were absolutely AWESOME! Very professional and very concerned that I inspected and was happy with their work. They are a busy company, but were able to fit me in right before I had my nephews visit and sleep on the floor. I knew my carpets were perfectly clean and odor-free!

Description of Work: Have not had the carpet professionally cleaned for over 10 years due to poor results with rapid return of the traffic patterns and stains. Have cleaned it ourselves multiple times but never achieved the really clean look we wanted. We have dogs and at times we have accidents over the years. We were getting new furniture so we wanted the carpets as clean as possible. Called Brian at Red Carpet and he was great to work with. We had to cancel once and reschedule and he was more than accommodating. He cleaned the family room the traffic areas in the master bedroom and the back hall steps. They look amazing and so far the old stains and traffic wear patterns have not come back. Sorry I waited so long and wont again. And it will be with this company.
