Description of Work: They washed all the windows in the home and the window cils. I would not pay extra as they just wiped them verse washed them. I was told because it was an older home they could not clean them. That was frustrating. Would have saved a lot if I had known that. Workers were fabulous. Very professional- quick- and almost didn't know they were in the house.

Description of Work: They cleaned my living room, dining room, & family room carpet. I thought it was a great deal of because they cleaned, deodorized, & scotch guarded my carpet. I was most impressed because in my living room & dining room I pointed out pet stains from my cats that they were able to get out. I plan on using them again & I already have recommended them to family who used them.

Description of Work: Bought a "deal" for this company as I was looking for a company to clean my windows. I called to schedule and spent at least 15 min on the phone talking to the scheduler about my needs. The package covered 20 Windows I believe but there is no mention as to how large a window this is and I knew that I had more than 20 windows. I discussed with the lady that answered the phone (who was very polite) and told her that I did have more than 20 Windows and would need all of them cleaned inside and out. In addition I wanted the screens cleaned. She gave me the price per window and said this would be no problem. I also told her I had entry way mirrors that I would need cleaned and she said no problem they would be able to do that and would give me a price when they arrived. All sounded good to me and I scheduled the appointment. They called to confirm the day before and I mentioned to the lady that they were going to start digging for a pool the same day and I wanted to make sure that would be ok or would she prefer me reschedule. She assured me this was no problem so the appointment was kept and the window cleaner arrived the next day pretty close to the scheduled time. When he walked in he seemed overwhelmed. When I told him I wanted all the windows inside and out including screens cleaned he said there is no way I can do this today. I have to be somewhere else in X amount of time. He was also upset that they were digging the pool although the pool was really not close to the Windows. He told me he would only have time to clean the amount of Windows that I paid for in the package which he said would most likely just be the front of the house as they count some Windows as more than 1. He ended up doing the front of the house and several on the side and begrudgingly cleaned my entry way mirrors. It was a really tough visit for me as I could tell that he was annoyed and did not want to do the work. If I had not paid in advance I would have asked him to leave without washing any Windows. I then received a phone call from the owner who left me a message telling me he would like my business but also mentioned I had unrealistic expectations given I had only bought a package for 20 Windows (as far as I know this was their only package). I wondered why I had spent so much time on the phone with the lady that scheduled the appointment if the only thing they were interested in was washing 20 Windows. In addition, when I figured out the price they charge per window it was only a $5 savings total. I certainly won't use this company again.

Description of Work: Everything went great. Mella cleaned the steps and 2nd floor hall, as well as the back bedroom of a second floor apartment. I was impressed that their hoses could reach that far from the street. They were extremely quick, prompt and courteous.
