I have used Mella before for window and carpet cleaning services and we have always been happy. This is the first time we have used them for flooring installation services and we were very happy. They installed some new carpeting in our house and did great work. We had many compliments while doing some holiday party hosting and we will certainly use them again.

Installers were professional and complete. They informed me of any issues and did a great job overcoming any problems to give me a beautiful final result. I will definately work with them again. They have also cleared ed my carpets and did a wonderful job.

The team cleaned the entire house windows, interior, exterior, screens and sills. They were efficient and profession. They wore booties when inside the house. I did a check before they left and there were a couple of areas that I asked them to redo/touch up. The did them without issue. There was one basement window that they were unable to do, due to the build up. I would have appreciated if they had brought that to my notice as opposed to me finding and then talking through it. Overall I was very happy with them.

Fantastic. I have always had good experiences with Mella; I wish I had written a review before this. They have been coming to my house for several years now, first to clean windows, then the carpets and now I will be having them pressure-wash my deck, also. The last time they cleaned my carpets, they did a great job, very professional and thorough. I also had a difficult-to-clean white-background hooked rug that was quite a challenge, but they took it to their site and the head guy for rug cleaning (I forget his name, but he was great) just kept at it until they finally got it clean. They were so responsive and reliable. Their front desk women have always been great and I like that it is a locally-owned company. I can see why their business has been growing in leaps and bounds - they definitely deserve their Super Service Award.

The worker declined to clean two windows that wee agreed to when the order was placed. The windows done were satisfactory.

Very well, Justin was on time, looked over project areas, gave a quote - and got all the carpets cleaned in very efficient fashion.

During installation of a new carpet for a client of ours, the installers accidentally smudged the carpet in three places with a dark oily lubricant they had picked up on their hands while reinstalling a closet door. We called Mella and luckily they had had a cancellation so they could send out a person the next day..The technician showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the three spots. The carpet looked like new again! The company was very easy to deal with. The appointment takers followed up with phone calls.It was very important to get this fixed immediately because the client was putting their house on the market the next day.

Fantastic job. Night and day difference. We have used Mella for carpet cleaning in the past and they did an excellent job on that as well. We would definitely hire them again.

Rob arrived on time and did a good job quickly. I got a special offer - 5 areas for $100. This was a really good deal that did not include any furniture moving - I had to move some furniture myself, but didn't mind doing that.

The windows were washed inside and out, the screens cleaned, and the sills and tracks washed out. Our windows are single hung so even though it was unusually cold today, the man went out and cleaned the outsides. The screens are very hard to snap in and out, especially since I don't know the last time we removed them. The guy did a super job and I was amazed at how much brighter the house was. I didn't realize how dirty the windows were!! My dogs loved him and I respect their judgement about people. especially my Shiloh Shepherd. She is usually very skittish around strangers but she greeted him like he was a long-lost friend.

Two-man crew arrived on time. Excellent job completed in about 2.5 hours. Worked around inside furnishings with professional ease. We will use their service again.

We had time to clean the inside windows, and do our own screen cleaning which would have cost extra. Mella very flexible in doing all our outside windows and patio door. instead of inside and out. Fast, professional, and widows sparkled.
