I booked them to do the job in my son's house which they just bought. They were pleased with the work because it was not something they could do themselves as it was 7 rooms. It was a three story house. They had some trouble with closing the deal so I had to keep calling him to change the appointment. We wanted to do it before we moved the furniture in and he was extremely patient and he showed up on time. When we finally did settle in he went with the work pretty quickly. It is an older carpet and its got some bad spots in it but I can't tell about the quality right now. He gave me a good price and we added on the lower level and it was still a good price. Even though it was a lot of money at one time and when you are moving in, it was worth it.
Description of Work: I used the service of Red Carpet Floor Care for carpet cleaning in seven rooms last Friday.

We were satisfied with the price. They back their work. We had some stains and they said that if the stains come back, they would come back and fix them. They did a good job. They moved furniture and they made sure we were satisfied.

Red Carpet Floor Care is Awesome! They arrived on time and were very professional (Brian introduced himself and the other member of the team). Brian verified the work I requested and the price he quoted over the telephone. My dining table chairs are antiques and were just handed down to us. The chair seats were very dirty and I explained to Brian that I was hoping for better not perfection since these chairs had not bee cleaned in a long time. I was shocked how wonderful the chairs looked when Red Carpet finished the cleaning. I definitely received perfection on these chairs. Both of my area rugs looked great as well. I will definitely use their service again.

We had called them due to pet odors and we were not aware of how bad it was. Red Carpet showed us the stains with their UV light and we were amazed. We had no idea how bad it was. now the room smells GREAT

I spent $168 on that work---very reasonable. They also clean the screens and if any screens need to be repaired and/or replaced they take them and have them done and install them when completed.
Description of Work: I use Mella Window Cleaning for window and screen cleaning. I used them today to clean 15 to 20 windows. BJ David and his employee Michael do a great job---efficient, courteous and professional.
