Excellent! I called Brian to discuss the situation with our carpet that had not been cleaned in 14 years. There were several spots and we had tried some spot removers that were not successful. Brian came by to assess the carpet and assured us that his machine would take care of our needs after he tried his cleaning solution on several spots. He also explained that high traffic areas may not be restored to original condition which we did not expect it to do so. He gave us an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. On the scheduled day his employees, Dave and David, arrived on time and cleaned the carpets. We were very impressed the spot removal, the high traffic area cleaning, and the steps. It turned out much better than our expectations and we were very pleased. Brian and his staff were very professional, wore uniforms, were very polite, took the time to answer questions, wore foot covering while cleaning and provided us with foot covering when we did the final inspection. Their equipment is the latest technology and it is kept in the best condition. They place plastic guards along the way of the vacuum and solution hoses to keep from damaging any furniture, guardrails, and wall corners. Red Carpet Floor Care has performed work/services for several homes in our neighborhood and they gave me great feedback on the work they had done.

Very professional and thorough. Best carpet cleaning company I have used. Have used others and wouldn't have them back, but I will definitely use Red Carpet Cleaning again. Did a fantastic job. Last carpet company I used, said I can't get this out, can't get that out...was very disappointed, but Red Carpet cleaning company got the spots out. Very Happy!

Found on Angie's list along with a flyer in the mail. Red carpet called me back gave me a price and was out to my house within a few days . The two men were very professional . They did a great job I've had other cleaners out before but I must say they are the best.

Brian was very professional. He gave us a quote and met that price at the finish. Came back and touched up an area that wasn't done at first. Was able to work around our schedule and explained everything as he went along. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends. Great Job!

I had an Angie's List big deal that I was redeeming. I have hardwood floors in my kitchen and they were in need of some deep cleaning. Brian and his assistant arrived around 12:00 as scheduled. They began by vacuuming the floor, then his assistant got on his hands and knees and wiped the floor. They had a machine, looks like a carpet cleaner but it's made specifically for hardwood floors. it releases the cleaning solution but has a vacuum/suction to pull it back up. My floor looks great afterwards. It doesn't put a shine on the floor and that's okay with me. I can tell by walking on it in my bare feet that it's clean. I would use this service again.

That worked out. Brian and his assistant Bobby came out. They were efficient, courteous, and careful, and the whole process only took a couple of hours. The carpets and bathrooms looked great. He left us with a bottle of spot cleaner as a courtesy. A couple of days later we noticed that one of the carpets was showing two stains. That was odd because that carpet showed no stain before. Called Brian, and he and Bobby came right back out. He said that he thought at some time in the past a cola had been spilled on it and had soaked all the way through the padding, then the the owners cleaned the nap but the stain underneath remained hidden until the steam cleaning starting bringing it up. He worked on it and it seemingly went away. Checked in a day or so and it was back, a little lighter this time. Back they came again and went at it. Couple of days later it was back, again a little lighter than before. This time we worked on it with the spot cleaner and used white towels to blot it up, and after several of these treatments it was finally removed (I want to personally thank the previous owners for their clumsiness and superficial cleaning technique). We would highly recommend this company to anyone. We can attest that they will stick with you until your carpet is clean. Also, keep in mind the spot cleaner/towel routine if you should run into a stubborn stain. Some elbow grease, towels, and patience can go a long way.

The front (north-facing) side of our home was covered with mildew and the roof was accumulating moss build-up. Mike Slaughter of ATL Landscaping referred me to BJ at Mella. I called him, he went out the next day,viewed the job, and provided a written estimate. I called back to schedule the work and he was on site within a week. When I arrived home from work he was still finishing up and I must say he did a fabulous job. Not only did he clean the vinyl siding and roof but was extremely careful not to damage the plantings under the eaves and also cleaned the plastic bin we have on the front stoop. We chatted a bit and I found him to be very professional. He told me what to watch for with the shrubs in case there was any burning of the leaves. (So far I haven't seen anything but he hosed them all down really well so I may not have a problem.) Amazingly he didn't require any payment upfront or even a check be left. Still I paid him before he left since I arrived home before he was done. I was extremely pleased with how the house looked when he finished and would hire him again. In fact I may have him come and clean my carpets since Mella also does interior cleaning and carpets.

They were awesome. We found them through an ad. They were great. We were amazed that they came so quickly. We only had a couple of days that we were there and they came and did it. It was $25 a room and there was a special deal. Their price was great. We would use them again in the future if need be.

Tenant occupied home in a very nice neighborhood. The tenant wanted all new carpet to be installed after living in the home for 2 months. The tenant actually gave me the Red Carpet flier. Everything went extremely well. They were more expensive than our normal carpet cleaners but they performed a service that our carpet cleaners would have been incapable of handling. They saved the carpet and their cost was much less than the expense and hassle of moving furniture around and having to install new carpet. If I had a similar situation in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use Red Carpet's services. They handled our pet problem with professional expertise.
