Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning

Serviceman was going to be a little late and called ahead of time. He was very professional and polite. The service was done nicely and efficiently. I received a check up call on my satisfaction.

Have noticed through the years that some of the edges of the carpet were darkening. Tried to clean myself and it was kind of a hit or miss. Found Mella, called and told BJ my dilemma and he didn't offer anything that was unreasonable buy said he would send one of his men over and they would do the best they could. Did a great job, carpet looks close to new and yes there are still some dark areas but after 9 years, I didn't expect they would totally lighten up. Great service and will definitely recommend ( I have family members that use Mella regularly for carpet and window cleaning) and will keep them on my list of favorites!

I paid to have 3 rooms of carpet clean and the overall experience was great. Whether it was talking on the phone to them to schedule or the person (BJ) who cleaned the carpet, they were both professional and courteous. My carpets were cleaned in a quick manner and they looked excellent.

Mella was very responsive and immediately contacted me to schedule an appointment. The window cleaner that was dispatched to our house was very prompt. He did a very nice job on the windows. However, I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail. We have white window frames, and I was surprised that there was dirty water from the windows that was left to dry on the window sills and frames. To my dismay, I found myself going around our house, cleaning the dirty water residue off each window frame, and sometimes the adjoining wall. We also have very light carpet. Again, I was surprised to find little puddles of dirty water that had dried into the carpet in almost every room that was cleaned. My husband spent his Sunday morning steam cleaning the dirty water stains from in front of each window. Finally, I expected that not only would the windows but cleaned, but also the frames and sills. This obviously didn't happen since there was dirty water from the window cleaning process that was dried on the window frames. It's possible that the person that cleaned our windows was simply sloppy, and perhaps doesn't represent the company well. However, in all likelihood, I most likely won't use this vendor again.

Purchased a coupon on Angie's List for Window Cleaning. Fairly slow season so was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. Another job had problems so the original tecnician was unable to get there at the scheduled time. They arranged for another technician to come (a little late) and start the job. They were great about the communication. The first tech did all the inside and lower level outside. The original tech came and did the uppper level exterior. Both men were very professional. The windows and sills look great. We have snap in window grids that they put back in without even being asked (I had removed them). Job was a great value. Very professional organization. Will hire again and will likely use for other services as well.

They were very professional and punctual. I received a call letting me know they were on their way. The carpets look great. I would use this company again.

They came on time. The workers explained in what order they were going to do each job, what they were going to do and asked me if I had any other questions before they got started. After each job was completed they ask if I had any other questions and they did tell me of any concerns they saw. All the workers were very clean and professional and they cleaned up after every job.

Went great. We will hire them again.

Overall, it was a good experience. Price was high but I believe the mass mailed coupons set low cost expectations. He came out with a worker and started working. I moved some furniture to help out and heard that some companies don't like moving big items. He and his worker helped moved some additional furniture. I felt we got some good coverage on flooring. After he was done, I did inspection. Everything looked good. Wife came home and she knew the trouble spots better than me and noticed some spots didn't come clean. Called him and he came back out quickly. Spots were worked on and came clean. In the end, everything looked good. Don't be afraid to call him back. His work is guaranteed.

Arrived when scheduled, called to communicate their arrival time the day of. Very accommodating with scheduling the service close to a Holiday. Very professional.

Punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Have used Mella before to clean windows, repair screens and clean carpet - have never been disappointed! Would recommend Mella in a heartbeat to family and friends. However, I will check Angie's List for Big Deal offerings before I set another appointment - great deals! I paid full price ($40. two areas) for protectant... My bad!

The guys arrived ahead of schedule and took note of exactly what I wanted done. They were efficient and did fabulous work, beats Windex & paper towels!

I called to schedule shortly after purchasing the Big Deal. Even though she didn't have the notice yet from Angie's List, she scheduled my cleaning. I also received a call the day of the cleaning to let me know that the technician was completing another job and would be there more towards the end of the predicted 30 minute time frame. This was SOOO much better than the other company which wouldn't respond to 3 calls/messages until after I put in a negative review and asked for my money back. The technician was outstanding. He counted all the windows and gave me a price of $8 for each additional window over the 20 included in the Big Deal. I decided to have him clean all the extra windows and I am so happy I did! This was my first experience with a professional window cleaning service and I was a bit leery after seeing poor reviews for other companies. I am blissfully happy! The windows have never looked better and all the screens are clean too. This may become an annual event.

BJ came out on the weekend to do the estimate. Mike arrived as scheduled. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Updated review 12/6/12. Increased Quality from B to A. Issue I saw and had used for the basis of the B is actually on the inside of a sealed unit. My mistake!

They called with a reminder the day before, they called when they were on their way and they arrived exactly at the time that they said they would. The workers were well dressed, groomed and professional. The work was performed well and we are very happy with the results.

They were courteous professional and through will hire on a regular basis to clean all windows. Very nice group to deal with.

I called Brian for a quote and he gave it to me over the phone. He arrived on time with an assistant. He was very professional and got right to work. They did an excellent job and even cleaned my living room chari for no additional charge. I thought the price was certainly reasonable. I would definitley recommend him to anyone.
