Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning

Were a bit late due to weather/traffic, but called to let me know. Very nice. Only negative was hinted for a tip. I did give them one since they were so good, but not sure that this was the most professional thing to do. This would not deter my using them again. Is this a normal practice?

This is the second time we have used their service.

I had purchased the big deal and they called me shortly after to schedule the appointment. Two people came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete. The carpets look great and they did an excellent job. They were running 15 minutes late so they took off $25 of the final bill.

They came on time and punctual, did the work asked, a few days after the service I noticed a dark edge, looked like mold, around the edges of my hallway that they cleaned. I contacted them, sent them a picture, and told them it was not like this before the cleaning. They said this dirt was not from them and there was nothing they could do about it. So now my carpets in that hallway looked better before they cleaned my carpet than they do now.

The cleaning went very well; their provider came out the day we called, and did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. We will definitely use again if we need our carpets cleaned.

The crew was very professional & thorough, We were very pleased with the results. The owner of the company, Brian, was very helpful fitting us on their schedule right before Christmas.

Well done and professional. I later called them to help with an emergency coffee spill on my off white carpet. They stopped in the next day and saved the day!

Fantastic! The stains that I expected to be taken out were taken out. They were very courteous, they cleaned up, no mess, on time. Everything was done without interfering with anything.

Dave and David showed up on time, did a walk through with me to check for any spots I had concerns about. I then stayed out of their way and they went to work. It had been a long time since our carpets were professionally cleaned and they did a great job. Any spots I had concerns about came out. The carpets looked fantastic. The stairs turned out beautifully. Overall, we were very pleased and would use them again.

Service was excellent. Technicians were prompt and friendly. They pretreated all rooms as the carpet was very dirty. Serive was completed within 2 hours and the house looks terrific.

Carpet in main traffic area was quite soiled & worn. The lead technician gave it special attention and it came cleaner than I thought it would. We may end up replacing that carpet, but I appreciate the extra effort he put into it.

We had them come back again for more work. They did just a nice job the first time they came out that we wanted them back again. Getting this appointment scheduled was very easy and showed up on time. They sent two guys to do the work. Again, they did a great job like their first visit.

The technician arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. After cleaning all the rooms, the spots in the family and bedroom reappeared. In fact, there were spots in the family room that weren't even there before the cleaning. I contacted Mella and BJ came out with the technician and re-cleaned the carpet to no avail. He intimated that we might need to replace the carpet. I contacted them again and told them how disappointed I was and asked for a refund. I was told, by them,that I could ask Angie's List for a refund but Angie's List said they couldn't either, because it was a coupon deal. . So now I was faced with buying new carpet or trying one more time to have it cleaned. I called Stanley Steemer and they cleaned it all again (of course I had to pay again). Stanley Steemer got everything up. My carpets look great. All the spots in the family room are gone and even the ones in the bedroom are gone. Thank you Stanley Steemer. I will never use Mella again..

They sent an email immediately after I bought the deal about setting up the appointment. However, when I reached out to set up an appointment some time had passed.when they realized their error (that they didn't respond), they called and apologized and were professional about it. The guy who cleaned the windows was friendly and did a good job. I will use them again.

It belongs to Blaney, he owns it and it is called red carpet cleaner. He is the best of them and he did an excellent job, and I have never had my carpet cleaned so well. I got him through an ad, and I would recommend him to anybody. He is the best carpet cleaner I ever had in my life. He cleans the carpet deep and really good and it was all fresh without any stains, and I know from experience that he would beat anybody and his work is 100% fresh.

Two men (David and Josh) came to clean the carpet. They were very punctual and polite. They pre-treated a few stains and swept the carpet before cleaning. They were done cleaning the carpet within an hour. The carpet looks wonderful and new again! I would definitely rehire Red Carpet Floor Care again!!

I purchased a Big Deal to have all my windows washed, inside and out. The technician called to confirm an early arrival and did an admirable job. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Mella called later to follow up on the service.
