Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning

That was fine. They worked in the dining room an living room. They tools that they used made the carpet wetter than it should have been and it took extra long to dry.

They did a wonderful job. We were very happy with them. They got all the stains out of the carpets that have been set in for years. I liked that they took the carpets to their facility rather than try to mess with equipment in our home. Everyone we dealt with, from receptionist to the gentlemen who did the service, were great.

The service person was on time, expeditious, friendly, neat, competent and informative. He gave several options and price points concerning treatments for pet soiling. Since we were looking for someone to do windows as well, the company was just what we needed.

Justin with Mella did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time and we discussed the work to be done before he started. He pretreated a few areas that were heavily stained and worked on them until they were clean. The entire job was just above and beyond my expectations. I have a dog and 2 cats and my carpet looked and smelled amazing after. I have used several other companies for carpet cleaning in the past but from now on I will only use Mella.

This is my second time using this company. The cleaners showed up on time and were polite and courteous. They were there to work on a stain. My nephew had knocked over a full glass of iced tea a week before on pale green carpet. They worked on the stain and it seemed much better. However in the next day or two, I could see the stain reappear. I thought I was resigned to having the stain permanently. A few days after my appointment, someone from Mella called to see how the appointment went. I explained that the stain was still there faintly and I guess it's just a set-in stain. She asked if she could have the owner stop by to look at the stain to see what could be done. The owner arrived on Friday, August 8. He looked over the stain and asked several questions about the stain. Was it a full glass? Did it contain sugar or any artificial sweetners? Was it homemade iced tea or store bought? Finally he asked to see the box of tea bags to see exactly what types of tea were used. He explained that if sugar had been used, he would have to use one set of chemicals to try to get the stain out. If artificial sweeteners, another. And he also explained that store bought iced tea has preservatives that would have needed yet another type of chemical. After determining the exact type of stain he was dealing with, he got to work with some chemicals and white cloth. When he figured out the exact chemical to use to pull the stain out, he saturated the carpet and then used a mechanical extractor to pull it out. Voila! Stain completely gone! I was beyond thrilled. I check the stain throughout the next few days in different lighting and there no hint of the tea stain at all. This company goes above and beyond in customer service. They are a little more expensive than the "national chain-type" carpet cleaners, but their customer service and willingness to keep working at a problem until it is solved makes them worth every penny. I will definitely use them again.

The windows are spotless, they also cleaned the sills, and they turned out OK (I'm slightly OCD about cleaning, so by most folks standards they probably are good). In general I would use them again.

We had Mella clean the inside and outside of our house, along with the screens. Did a great job, were professional and efficient.

Although their prices may seem more expensive than most carpet cleaners, their machine actually cleans the carpets. The machine they use is the key plain and simple so don't settle for less!

Did a great job including cleaning up paint spilled by the painters who had just left. It was quite a bit of paint spilled (by accident) and the spots were completely removed. I was amazed. Great company, very professional. Highly recommend.

It went pretty well. I do recall that they were very quick – which can be good or bad, depending on what you’re looking for. I would say I got a good value for what I paid. They were punctual and professional, too. There were no issues with scheduling.

Cleaners arrived on time, and were courteous and professional. They did a good job cleaning the tile - except, leaving cleaning fluid under the doors to a closet and the basement. Two of the three rooms were cleaned properly - however, after the carpet dried - the last / and the main room that I wanted cleaned still had most of the spots showing, and looked as though it had not been cleaned at all. There were a few spots they would not be able to get out - and we discussed those. I called their office and informed them of the situation, and was told someone would call me - no one called. Since I did not hear from Red Carpet, I contacted another company and scheduled them to re-clean my main (living room) carpet.

He came out and was very nice and cleaned and sealed our wood floors. At first it looked like it looked good, however, after a day we started noticing haze appearing. We contacted him and he stated that it must have been the way I cleaned it. He never did come back out after that. Another company informed me that it may have been due to improper storage of the chemical that he used.

Excellent when it comes to cleaning windows. Prompt and quick. What it would take me days to do, they do in hours. They are courteous and nice.

We had previously used Mella to carpets, and learned that they also provided window cleaning services. After an inground pool construction and installation, we had them come to clean all of our windows and slider doors, both inside and out. The gentleman cleaning our windows was very professional and did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again.

Jacob and Brad from Red Carpet arrived at the agreed upon time to clean the carpet in my townhouse. They were courteous and professional and went to work quickly, starting in the rooms I where I wanted the carpet to dry soonest. They used a large "air mover" to help dry the carpet in faster in the room that was most important to me. They gave special attention to a few places where I showed them some stains and to the edges of each room where more dirt had accumulated. The job was finished within the estimated time period. I was pleased with the results and Jacob and Brad left the house in good order. I was charged the quoted amount, and although it was a bit more expensive than I had initially hoped to spend, I feel confident the carpet is clean. Both the owners (who provided the initial information & answered my questions over the phone) and the gentlemen who did the cleaning were all very pleasant to work with.

Very professsional and high quality work. They were on time, fast, and it was very easy overall to interact and complete the effort.

They were prompt and professional. One guy took all the screens off and took them outside where he can wash it. I asked him, "How would you remember what windows those screens were in?" and he told me it wasn't a problem. At the end, it was a bit of a puzzle trying to figure where the screens should be because we had 46 windows in a lot of different sizes. That was the only issue but they stuck with it until they finally got every screen right and they left. They failed to give us the 10% discount from Angie's List and their customer service department called us to ask how our experience was so I told them about the discount. They apologetically sent me a gift card to cover for that. They were just wonderful. I think they were competitively priced but we didn't have them work on all windows. They did mostly the outside and only the few inside that we can't reach and also the screens. I was extremely satisfied with them.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and he was really good. I’m going to call him again, probably in the next couple of weeks.

The big deal service from Mella Window & Carpet Cleaning turned out okay. That actually happened a long time ago. This was almost 2 years ago. It turned out good. I had no complaints. I used the big deal right away. I purchased it and used it in 2 weeks. I am pretty sure there was additional charge than the big deal. There was an up charge because I think I wanted something else that wasn't part of the deal. There was an up charge but I changed the order too. They were good. There is nothing that sticks out for which I was dissatisfied. To the best of my knowledge everything was good.

They called the day before to confirm the appointment with me. They arrived right on schedule, actually a little earlier. They took care to protect my wall corners from the hoses needed to run through the house for the machines. They were polite and very professional. Answered all my questions about the process. The estimate was 2 hours and they completed the job in about 1.5 hours. Carpet looks great!

There were no troubles with scheduling the appointment. They completed the work in two to three hours. Everything was a very good.

I had two oriental rugs that needed to be cleaned. I have a large dog that sheds quite a bit, so I wasn't sure if they would ever look nice again. One of the rugs I really thought I would need to replace. I called on Friday and they scheduled me for Monday. I was really pleased that they could come so quickly. Jordan and Brad arrived right on time (even a little early) and were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the smaller rug first and it looked so much better! Then they started on the larger rug - the one I thought was beyond hope. I was truly amazed! The rug looks like new again and I am thrilled that I won't have to replace it. The guys took their time and really covered every inch of the rug several times. I am so excited about my nice clean rug! I will definitely use Red Carpet again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!
