Stuart McCarthy came to our house promptly after I called him, did a quick visual inspection and wrote out an estimate. He explained at that time what would be involved and how long it would take, 3 - 4 weeks to order the new windows. When we chose his company to do the work, he ordered the windows, then called to let me know when they came in and he could install them. Everything went exactly as expected, the price didn't change, and the only delay was in completing outside trim, due to rainy weather. Mr. McCarthy was quick and efficient, and very helpful in working out problems with access, rotted frames, etc. I would definitely use him again.

The overall experience was wonderful, in that I recieved the work that I had asked for. Stuart made a great first impression by promptly arriving at my house, dressed professionally and well-groomed. He quickly and cleanly installed my door the first day and finished the windows the following day. Stuart worked hard, with no distractions and remained focused at work on hand the entire time. I am very pleased with my new windows and door and wouldn't think twice about having Stuart work for me again.
