+ 0 moreEd and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing.

+ 1 moreFantastic! Ed, Danny and their entire team did a wonderful job. Our roof is approx. 75,000 square feet with lots of angles and corners and the job took about 2 weeks. All the guys were great and very punctual and absolutely worked their butts off. They repaired flashing around some corners and the chimney that was not done properly when the house was "custom" built in 2000. We love our new roof and feel 100% confident it was done correctly this time!
Description of Work: We got an entire new shingled roof and all new gutters and guards on our 18 year old home.

They were prompt and they even worked in difficult conditions. They were friendly and the roof looked so nice my neighbors ended up asking for them to replace the roof on their garage as well! I would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreFANTASTIC!!! Ed responded to our phone message right away and came over and saw the damage and gave us our estimate the next day. He then moved some other jobs around that he was working on so he could take care of our leak. He fixed our problem perfectly in one day. A very nice and professional gentleman and when the time comes for us to replace our entire roof will will definitely be using Maksim roofing!
Description of Work: We discovered that we had a leak inside the house that was coming from a hole on our roof under the shingles.

+ 0 moreThey looked around for replacement vents that would fit, and when they could not find them they had them custom made. Cleaned up lots of debris from the birds and battled wasps that had made a home in our attic, all without complaint. The work looks great, the guys were friendly, and the price was fair. Will definitely be calling theses guys when it is time for a new roof or gutters.

I highly recommend these guys for any project you may need from them. I already plan on having them refinish my box gutters and will use them for any other work we need in the future.

Description of Work: Maksim roofing was outstanding to work with from the time I requested an inspection through completion and cleaning up after the job. I had a leak near my chimney and after several attempts to caulk it myself I thought it best to call a professional. Maskim was doing work down the street and when asked they unexpectedly agreed to do an inspection that night. After review they provided a couple of options with their recommendation of removing the chimney and covering it up due to it not being used. We discussed the time frame and they said they could start the next day. I have dealt with many companies in the past, but this type of service is unmatched. Pair that with the fast and solid workmanship and you can't go wrong using them. They removed the chimney, capped the area, and roofed over the area and did such a good job you wouldn't have known there was ever a chimney there. This project was completed while we were at our 8-5 job.The roof looks so good several neighbors did not even realize it was gone. Great job Maksim and next time I or any of my friends or family have roofing issues you will certainly be our first call.

+ 0 moreThe crew was on time, came when they said they would, didn't charge extra when the job took longer than they thought. They were professional and worked diligently until the job was done. I appreciated their attitude in accepting the job as it seems no one likes to do box gutters and these gentlemen were not afraid of a little hard work. My neighbor is a real talker and a busy body when it comes to what is happening on my property and these guys resisted my neighbor trying to draw them in with conversation and didn't let him keep them from their work. I would recommend them to others and I would hire them again in the future.
