Description of Work: Contacted them on the recommendation of another roofing company for an estimate on a metal roof. ( first company does not do these) I called a total of 4 times. The first I left a message without return call. The second I spoke with the provider who said his son had taken the message off vm and had come to my home to examine the roof. The son would call me. Nothing. I called again and was told a quote would be hand carried and left in my mailbox. Nothing. I called again on a Friday and was told the son would call me the following Monday. Again nothing. Complete waste of my time.

+ -1 moreI had called three roofing contractors and got voice mail from all three, but my call to Estes resulted in a real person answering the phone. I explained my problem and he told me he was on his way. All of his crews were out on jobs, but he would take care of it himself. He was at our home within a half an hour, got on the roof to survey the damage and then departed for the building supply store to pick up a matching piece of ridge vent to replace the damaged one. He returned shortly, removed the remainder of the damaged vent and and replaced it. He also checked the rest of the ridge vents on the roof and installed screws to secure all of them properly. If I ever have roofing repairs or replacement needs, I will be calling Estes Roofing! I will also be recommending them to neighbors and family.
Description of Work: Herman Estes (owner) replaced a section of roof ridge vent that had blown off the night before. Heavy rain was forecast for the afternoon so this was an emergency for me.
