Work was professional and completed in a timely fashion. The price seemed really high to me although I don't have anything to compare it to.

We very much enjoyed meeting Jack Dorsey. Our house will need sevearal smaller projects in the next few months and I look forward to calling Jack again. The first project is only for two dedicated lines to the crawl space for sump pumps that have not yet been installed. Later we'll be using his service to intall additional outdoor lighting and a line for a disposal in the kitchen.

There was a prompt response time, received a bid of $318.60. My hands were tied due this was a rental with no heat. In thinking about the cost, I investigated the price of circuit breakers, which was the problem. The trip charge was $59.00, $60.00 for the 2 breakers (Lowe's price) which left a charge of $200.00 for labor, which took 15 minutes. FYI. I called the company and was told they have advertising costs, etc. They would not discuss a reduction. I am writing this negative review to warn others of Electric Masters, Inc.

Removed knob and tube wiring in attic of house I bought. Met me within an hour of clicking on the website.

Excellent service, pricey for the job performed.

Service entrance cable needed replacement. Quick response and good communication. The workman showed up on time and was professional, courteous and respectful. He got the job done earlier than anticipated and cleaned up after himself. I wish all my dealings with contractors/workmen would go so smoothly. No complaints and would highly recommend.

Both wokers were very professional and the work was a lot cheaper than I expected, I had a short somewhere in my wiring that kept setting off a breaker. They checked the breaker and all the fixtures took awhile but I had a outlet that I didnt know I had and that was the problem

better communication on confirming scheduling of work and calling to notify that they were running late for appointment. Other than that ,techs were knowledgeable,courteousand professional.
