Jack came to our home to fix a circuit issue. He was beyond professional and thorough. My wife was home at the time of the work and he took the time to explain all that he was doing and why. She appreciated that as do I. The job was done completely and some additional corrections were made to our electrical systems that were safety issues. Jack wasn't just there to just resolve the issue and leave, he saw some things that didn't settle well with him and he took the safety of the issue to heart.
