They did exactly what was contracted for the quoted price. They advised me of other available options but didn't "push" them on me. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. The customer service from the entire staff was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this company.

I found it pricy compared to simliar work done in the past.

Electricians knew what the job entailed before coming to the site but they did not bring the small items needed to do the job. Two men came to do a one man job and they had to leave for about 45 minutes to go get an outlet cover. That was a waste of their time and mine. The estimate was very high but I thought it would be adjusted following the job; however, it was not so I was overcharged. This comment is based on information provided by a master electrician.

This company gouged me. The small kitchen hookups were already prepared, dropped into the walls, boxes marked. All that Electricmasters had to do was to make them live. They charged, at first, $1200. When I screamed and showed him the simplicity of the job, he lowered the price by $300. But still, $900 for simple connections to make my lights and outlets live, cmon!! Do not hire these people.

Electricmasters is a highly professional company. Their front office set up an evaluation visit within a week, and they performed the work in less than 2 hours. They obviously are skilled at what they do. No nonsense, and very polite and respectful of customer proprerty while doing the job/ I highly recommend them.

The electrician was pleasant and professional. The secretary who booked the appt told the tech 9:00 am, while telling me 10:00 a.m. I almost missed him, since I was expecting him at 10:00.

Speedy service

They were about an hour late and were only there for about 45 minutes when they said it would take 3-4 hours. Other than that they did a fantastic job and I will definately hire them again.

This company is excellent. Joe came in explained to me what the issue was fixed it and was on his way. He did a very good job couldn't have ask for a better company to hire. Great job!!
