Jack spent 30-45 minutes trying to track down why I had 3 outlets not working. It seemed like it was a GFCI problem but there was no GFCI on that circuit...until he found a 4th outlet (GFCI) in the basement behind a portable shelving unit I had rolled in front of and had forgotten about. He only charged for the service call instead of the trouble shooting fee.

I had some outlets that quit working. I "thought" I had checked every outlet in the house and tested every GFCI outlet in the entire house. Jack checked things out for about 45 minutes before finding a GFCI outlet hidden behind some rolling wire shelves I had put up in the basement. DOH! He only charged me for the service fee instead of the trouble shooting fee.

Came on time, took care of the issue in a just a few minuets.

Very professional! Explained every procedure he was doing beforehand, encouraged me to watch as he performed each task, and worked safely (e.g., used voltmeter to confirm 0 voltage before each task). Highly recommend!
