Electricmasters showed up on time and sent an experienced electrician. He was able to diagnose my issue as a nuisance trip from ACFI and was able to fix a pre-existing wiring issue from visual inspection.

Here's the REVIEW: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH! Called them on Monday, service call and on Tuesday, Jack was here at 9 am. Here's the best thing: he figured the problem in 30 minutes, explained both the problem and how to fix it, throughly answered all of our questions, had all the equipment and supplies needed, AND completed the work in 3 hours that very day. Her's the backstory: When our electrical service blew, we contacted Cooper Electric on HomeAdvisor. The tech was really late with no phone call and couldn't figure out the problem. Asked that we call the office to schedule a followup service call. Did that: we were told the next available appt was 2 weeks out. Imagine a holiday party in 2 days with candles and flashlights and no cooking. We were without any electric, 2 weeks was ridiculous, and the cost estimate was unreasonable. The office person said he was a 20-yr electrician who said he didn't understand the tech's notes. Talk about LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE--you're getting the picture, right? Of course we fired them. Moral of the story ELECTRICMASTERS IS YOUR FIRST CHOICE!!!

They told me when they would be there a. d showed up on time. They communicated beforehand of their progress. When I td them (Jack) what I wanted, he offered suggestions to save money and to make it look nicer. He did the work quickly and professionally. The charges were about 60 percent of what I expected. I definitely recommend that you consider using them!

I thought the cost $729. for the work was a little high but we had to have a licensed electrician so maybe it's the going rate.

Called Electric Masters to troubleshoot faulty outlet, install a ceiling fan and repair a light switch. While the troubleshooting was pricey, the end result was done with excellence. I am happy with the work.

Used EM for faulty outlet and light fixture removal/installation. Excellent electricians. Will use them in the future for my older home.

OMG! Jack was WONDERFUL!!! I had a faulty switch that needed replaced. He was SUPER quick, like seriously 5 minutes. And was even kind enough to look at another problem since he had time to kill. Would definitely recommend!!!! Will use again if any issues arise in the future!
