DIXIE TELEVISION SERVICE

We have a very old microwave oven, which is into our cabinet in the kitchen. We have a microwave on top and a convection oven at the bottom. The microwave is old. We had two different problems, one several years ago. My husband was trying to find somebody who would repair it. It is actaully absolete and GE would not repair it. He took it there. It is kind of a grubby looking place but they really do nice work and they are relatively inexpensive. Therefore, it cost us much less than if we had somebody from GE come out and do. They fixed it. What was wrong was one thing, then couple of months later something else failed on it and they came out here and fixed it. We had assumed that what was wrong now was that the microwave did not heat anymore and it had failed gradually. They came out and fixed it and it was fine again. That was only for microwave oven, but we were really pleased. My husband was the one that brought the microwave the first time. In addition, one other thing, which is a plus, is that they work with appliances that are out of date. We really appreciated that. To replace it was going to cost something like $1700, which is a unit that fits in to the cabinet. We had decided we are not going to spend that kind of money. The shop really looks ugly, its one level high up their house, that is the basement level. But he has recommended them to a number of people. He talked about them to our neighbor last night. We have been very satisfied.

HAS HAD MY VIDEO CAMERA FOR NEARLY SIX MONTHS AND WAS JUST RECENTLY TOLD THAT IT COULD NOT BE FIXED. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO LEARN THE STATUS OF MY REPAIR.
