Description of Work: I had my drapes cleaned and my carpets & Chair cleaned- no issues with the carpet cleaning or chair, the did what they said they could do. On the draperies thye were not able to get them back up correctly the day the drapes were returned, to there credit they did return and correct the issue-- all in all they did a pretty good job, One of the drapes came back with a water stain, the stain was not seen by me or the guy who took them, so i would say almost certernly this happened while the drapes were away. Again i would use them again, even with there 40% discount they were expensive.. I might try Whitmers next go round

Thank you for your nice comments about the carpet and upholstery cleaning we did for you. I apologize about the water stain, we were unable to get out , because this type of stain can only be removed with water and your draperies are dry clean only. Water stain generally come from a billed up of condensation on your windows. sometimes they are undetected until they are cleaned. This is because when they go through a cleaning cycle water stains will age and show up. Again apologize for the inconvenience, I hope this will help you understand about water stains on dry clean only material..
