Coit Cleaning and Restoration

The crew is very friendly and professional. I used them several times and have always been satisfied. They work very hard to please the customer. They come, clean, and they are gone.

They came out on time and they did the work they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I was pretty comfortable having them in my home, the price was a little high though.

They did a very good job but they do not clean up after themselves very well. I had to clean after them when they finished cleaning the ducts and also there was stuff on my bathroom floor when they completed the shower. They are not cheap, and although their clean up needs improvement, they do good work.

They did a fantastic job. We just purchased a house with really light carpets. He was honest with us about the condition of the carpets, and explained that they would need replacing soon anyway. We appreciated his expertise. Someone had called in sick that day, and it was clear that the employee was a little frustrated, but he still showed up on time and did the job well.

I made an appointment for my carpets to be cleaned on a Saturday afternoon two weeks in advance. I had to delay the cleaning for a week and was able to reschedule for the following Saturday afternoon. The person on the phone gave me an estimate. She said that they were having a promotion, however the estimate she gave me was $20.00 lower than the actual amount that the cleaner said it would be when he arrived. The carpet cleaner did an excellent job and I didn't feel that the $20.00 difference was an issue. All of the spots came out of my living room and dining room areas. The stairs were filthy and the employee was not sure he could get them clean. He pretreated the steps and they look great! No dirt at all. The cleaning occurred one day after we had some snow. The carpet cleaner was very good about not tracking in much slush or snow. He cleaned up the small amount that did get tracked in.

We consider Coit one of the better carpet cleaning companies. On this particular visit they had to return to redo a high traffic area, but otherwise the carpets were cleaned well and they left no excessive water allowing the carpets to dry quickly.

We took them down and took them in. We were happy with what they did. We would use them again.

The estimator was friendly and on time, but didn't leave a written estimate (some problem with forms). After collecting other estimates, theirs was competitive, and we've used this company before, so I called and scheduled the work. When the technician showed up, there was a discrepancy between what I had been told and what he was prepared to do. I was promised two rooms that the technician said weren't on his form, and I was also told the furniture would be moved and it wasn't. I was told the technician would be able to ''plug'' a badly stained area, and he told me his company didn't do that. The technician worked hard, but stains weren't pretreated, and furniture wasn't moved, so I'm disappointed in the result. I would have sent him away, but time was an issue because we're putting our house on the market to sell.

I originally called Coit for an estimate on cleaning my blinds. Through the course of our conversation the salesman gave me an estimate on cleaning my carpet. Both estimates were competitive, so I hired them. The price the salesman quoted me for the carpet cleaning was less then what they actually charged me. I called him and he told me I could talk to someone in the office, and would not acknowledge that he gave me a different quote. I did speak to a woman in the office and she gave me an additional discount (not as low as what the salesman quoted me) and a really low price on cleaning my blinds. Both my carpeting and blinds look really nice. If not for the pricing issue/fact that I had to call to resolve it I would give the company an overall rating of "A". I would hire them again though. Punctuality was great. They were about 15 minutes early when they came out.

THE 1ST MAN WHO DID THE BIG JOB DID A GOOD OVERALL JOB AND WAS PATIENT WITH MY HEARING PROBLEM. 2ND MAN WHO CAME AT LATER DATE TO REWORK SPOT WAS HARD FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND AND FINALLY LEFT WITHOUT REMOVING ALL THE WATER IN SPOT.

We have used this company for several years, and although there has never been the same person arrived to do the work, it has been done quite satisfactorily. Stains were removed in 'spill' areas, and overall disturbance was minimal.-- things got back where they belonged.

Good. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. The guys who came were very professional.

The man who came out to do the work was very nice. My cats had sprayed both pieces of furniture. He cleaned them and put on a spray to neutralize the urine smell. He did a good job. I would use them again.

COIT DID A GREAT JOB; THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TO GIVE ESTIMATE AND TAKE RUGS, AND CLEAN FURNITURE ON SITE. DRY CLEANING OF FURNITURE AND RUGS WERE DONE WELL. RUGS WERE RETURNED PROMPTLY. I RECOMMEND THEM.

HAVE USED ON MANY OCCASIONS. GENERALLY THEY DID A FINE JOB, WITH AN OCCASIONAL SITUATION WHERE THEY CAN'T COMPLETELY REMOVE A STAIN. BUT OVERALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

THEY LEFT A MESS IN MY HOUSE. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEY FINISHED, LEFT REGISTERS OFF AND DUST EVERYWHERE.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THE COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE SERVICEMAN RE-HUNG MY DRAPES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

GEORGE AND PAUL CALLED IN ADVANCE, SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID AN EXCEPTIONALLY THOROUGH JOB, WERE POLITE AND ENGAGING, ALL FOR A 30% DISCOUNT. I'D HIRE THEM AGAIN IN AN INSTANT.

THEY WERE REASONABLE, ON TIME AND THERE WAS BIG MESS THAT THEY CLEANED UP VERY NICELY.

THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO EXTRACT WATER FROM THE CARPETING BUT THEIR EQUIPMENT LEAKED WATER BACK ON TO THE CARPET. THEY TRIED TO REMEDY THE SITUATION BY CUTTING THE DAMAGED CARPET BUT, I ENDED UP HAVING TO HAVE A SPECIALIST RE-DO THEIR WORK. I DEFINITELY, WOULD NOT RE-HIRE THEM FOR ANOTHER JOB.

WHEN I FIRST MADE THE APPOINTMENT I TOLD THEM THAT I NEEDED A MORNING TIME AND THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM, THE MORNING THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO COME THEY CALLED AND SAID THE EARLIEST THEY COULD GET TO ME WAS 4:00 PM. I TOLD THEM WHAT I HAD REQUEST AND I RESCHEDULED FOR 2 WEEKS LATER. THEY CALLED THAT MORNING AND SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 10 AND NOON. THEY SHOWED UP AFTER 10 BUT BEFORE NOON.
