Coit Cleaning and Restoration

They are very fair and give a good discount. They called me and offered a special during the summer when their business was slow. They are always prompt, arrive on time, and are very efficient. They are understanding when appointments need to be rescheduled. They don't seem to rush through the job and they do good work. They are very pleasant and I feel comfortable having them in my home.

I always request for the same person, Michael Akers, because he does a good job. I usually spend $200 to $250. They have done carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and window treatments.

Overall, very pleased and happy with the results. As with most carpet cleaning companies, it takes a good 8 -10 hours for the carpet to completely dry with fans running.

I liked the way they clean. They were thorough. They didn't take a long time and did the job pretty quickly. They were able to remove the dirt from the carpets. They expedite the services.

Came promptly as scheduled. Peformed carpet cleaning within short time. However, I felt carpet should not have still been left as wet as it was. Coit did offer to give discount on next cleaning. Will try again to see if job is more dry next time.

As expected; no complaints; worth the money

I called COIT and explained the situation. The woman was very nice, very sympathetic, and worked me in right away. She warned me that they might not be able to get it all out. The worker showed up on time and also warned me that he might have a hard time with the white carpet. They could not guarantee the work because of the extensive damage. No problem, I said, do what you can. About an hour later, only the barest hint of the mess was left on the white carpet and everything else was like new! I was thrilled. The entire experience made me a fan.

I think they have a new receptionist and she quoted $109.00 for the job. I found a different company who could do it for only 59.00!!! A few days later, I received a call from Coit to confirm my appointment when I didn’t schedule one. The company I did hire, was actually able to remove stains from my couch that Coit wasn’t able to.

They are very professional. They are able to get things out that I didn't think would come out. The tech was very knowledgable and professional.

Prompt request to service request, technician was courteous and helpful, very knowledgeable about his job. Sought best options for animal stains which were completely removed form the carpet and had suggestions on how to treat future instances to prevent stain setting in, quickly preformed requested services.

They did great work. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

We have used various people for carpet cleaning. We have area rugs and they are pretty much like room size area rugs. The crew from Coit cleaned 3 area rugs. They picked up the rugs and dropped them off. We thought that the price charged by them was kind of expensive and that’s why I do it myself now. I use a machine and clean the rugs myself. The rugs that I had were good sized rugs. One was probably a 10 by 10 and the other was 12 by 14. There were also a couple of door mats go with them. I would probably not use them again in the future and that’s only because of the cost.

In general they are pretty good. More recently I have got more disciplinary experiences, but not so much that I would shop for a new carpet cleaner. A couple of visits ago, the crew from Coit Services sprayed scotch guard treatment like how they do it for cleaning a rug. They did that for one of my tables. They came, picked up the table and fixed the problem. The table looked beautiful and they gave me a 25 $ coupon for the next cleaning. It certainly rectified the situation. They came to get the cleaning done for me once again and that was the time when I used the coupon. I had them come back again, as the job that they did was not satisfactory. I had them do my stairs too. I think some of the water was not sucked out enough and left another dark stain on the stairs. They did come out again when I called them and told them that I was not happy. They came and fixed it again for me. They didn’t do it quite right the first time. So, I had to have them come back and redo it. I might use them again in the future. I guess I am at a point where I might get someone else the next time because we have had a couple of not so great experiences with them.

Very professional, prompt, clear estimate and performed exactly to that estimate, miinimized disruption and "put back" expenses.

They really soaked my carpets and didn’t remove all the spots. It took several days to for my carpets to dry. I was not really happy with them. The girl who came in treated me fine as a person. She was prompt and thorough.

It went well. Coit was on schedule and went right to work. It was easy to see the improvement in the appearance and the furniture all dried quickly.

They did a really good job and Scott, who did the installation, bent over backwards to make sure we liked everything. I was really impressed with him and the company. The company was very customer oriented and professional. Working with them was refreshing and I would recommend them.

It went great. They were very, very nice when I called to make the appointment. They were able to get me in right away. The employee showed up right on time, he was very nice and personable. He did a great job on the couch and I was quite satisfied.

The cleaning person arrived on schedule. He was polite, friendly and professional throughout. After setting up the equipment and testing several spots in different ways, the man came to the conclusion that he could not clean the upholstery. He cheerfully told me that there would be no charge.

They did a very good job, but I thought they were very expensive. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy when they were finished but would not use them again because of the cost.

Very thorough and detailed. Technician took the time to fully explain how the system would work and that it cleans out both our AC and Heating systems. Showed me all of the debris/hair/dust that was removed and also showed me the inside of the ducts to show that they were clean. Also vacuumed the duct covers to ensure that all dust was removed that had been caked on. Overall, very pleased with the work and would use again.
