BUDDY'S ROOFING

In early 2013 could do job. I got 2 more estimates and chose another contractor to do 2 jobs. I would have gone with Buddy`s if done end of 2012.

Luther was very responsive to my phone calls. He called me back right away, was very professional and worked with me with respect to the work that needed to be done and my budget. He indicated the areas that were most in need of immediate attention and those that could wait a while (since I could not afford to have all of the gutters done at this time). He explained what needed to be done, how it would be done and answered all of my questions. He also seemed happy to have me obatin other bids and provided me with referrals in the neighborhood. Once they began the work, they were very professional, cleaned up each evening and kept me apprised of the status of the project. I expect to continue to use Buddy's Roofing for all of my roofing and box gutter needs.

I used Buddy's Roofing earlier in August to repair some of my box gutters. Luther and his crew did such a great job on the first repair that I had them come out about a month later to repair the remainder of the box gutters on the front of my house. As with last time, they were timely, professional, clean and did a great job. I highly recommend them, especially for box gutter repairs. Oh, and my chimney looks great too.

He came out and gave me a quote and he was very nice to work with, but I ended up going with a person that was a little bit less. His punctuality was excellent. He committed to it and came out. The pricing and the product that he had were excellent as well. His estimate was very clear and the price was very good, but I don't exactly remember why I did not use him. He was the most thorough and most detailed. I would recommend him.

Even when he was on vacation his wife called to say he was on vacation, when he would be back and that she would give him the message. And, of course, he did return the call while he was on vacation in Tennessee. Not only that, but he gave me information about what was going on, what he had to do, how long it would take and when he could do it. He didn't condemn any other roofer but told what he himself did. Not only is he dependable and honest, but a very intelligent and personable person and able to speak clearly and intelligently on the telephone. It's also nice that his wife will step in and be sure he gets his messages and responds.

Lowest estimate and did much more work than anyone else. Other estimates did not include all the additional work. Been in business for a long time. Very caring individuals.
