drywall, electrician, handyman service, lighting, ceiling fans
 + 3 moreDerwood gave me a very fair estimate, showed up on time when he said he would, worked above and beyond the call of duty, and did an excellent job. He was trustworthy, consistent in showing up, and did everything he was asked to do (and he made sure I was satisfied). Best of all, he left the place cleaner than it was when he started!! He turned a nightmare of a job into three gorgeous, ready-to-paint rooms. He was very conscientious about his work and the quality of work he did.
Description of Work: I requested an estimate to do drywall work which had already been started (badly). No one else wanted the job. It was new construction, upstairs, and the drywall had been hung (poorly) and some had been badly taped, needing replacement. Derwood removed the old tape, replaced, taped and finished two large rooms, a bathroom and stairway hall. Along the way, other things needed doing, and he was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and fairly priced everything. he did electrical work, added a fixture, and did some other odds and ends that had needed taking care of around the house. He brought his own tools, was clear about costs, and did all work as promised and to my satisfaction.
