 + 0 moreOriginal estimate was fair but ended up going over substantially. One day he would be on cloud 9 and the next horrible attitude toward my family. A Dr. Jekyl Mr. Hyde personality. Once he was complete claimed I owed him an extra $1,000 but I had my receipts to show I didn't. When he confronted me , instead of talking he immediately threatened with a lien on my home. So if you deal with him make sure you keep all documentation. After job was finished a ceiling fan in my son's room fell. Not a good experience. I called to see if he would stand behind his work and he stated not his problem.
Description of Work: Remodel of 3 bedrooms and a bath.

 + -1 moreWe called them at noon on the 23rd and they came in less than an hour. They went ahead and did the job that day. They did a very good job. It only took them 4 hours to complete the work. Very prompt, very nice and reasonably priced.

 + 0 moreMr. Rossi is a perfectionist. He will not quit until the job meets his standards. He goes above and beyond what is required. He charges by the job, not by the hour. So if something takes more time than he estimated he does not charge extra. I would recommend him for any construction or remodeling job.
Description of Work: Mr. Rossi did several small renovations, including installing new door and light fixtures at both front and back, installing new shower fixtures, shelving and microwave. He is building me a garage. He has worked for me before, building a potting shed, putting down flooring, installing drywall and shelving, painting, putting up a garden fence and arbor. He has come on an emergency basis to fix a broken window and clear clogged plumbing. He came in less than an hour those times.
