+ -1 moreThe only problem we had, during our entire transaction, was his failure to call me back in the beginning. He was honest and said he just forgot. Later, he even came and worked on a Sunday to finish the job, because the inspector from the health department was going to be out of town for a week, and he wouldn't be able to get it inspected until he returned. So, he finished the job on Sunday and got it inspected on Monday, before the inspector left town, so we didn't have to wait another week to get the job finished! I was impressed with his professionalism, and the quality of his work was great. All in all, it was a great experience.
Description of Work: We had extensive excavation and septic tank installation, along with all the field lines and drains, put in where we were moving in a mobile home. The service from this company was exemplary, and the price was reasonable (as we had several estimates before we asked him to do the job). He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and he charged exactly what he said he would charge. He arranged all the gravel delivery, the septic tank delivery and purchase of all the needed lines, etc. He even coordinated with the county health department to have everything approved. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received from this company. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!
