I would definitely hire this company again if I needed them. They are very professional and also down to earth friendly people. They did a great job. David kept in touch while we waited on our loan to come through and gave us a fair price for the job. I had wrote and asked a question of how to smooth parts in the concrete and he sent someone to fix it that evening for us. I give 5 star waterproofing 5 stars!

Mr. David with Five Star is a man of his word. His crew arrived when they were scheduled and finished at the precise estimated time we were given. Although that is important and appreciated, what happened between their arrival and departure is most valuable. They solved water flooding and issues that we have struggled with for more than a decade. Issues that stumped other companies who wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I had Five Star Waterproofing install a sump pump in my basement. Mr Bray also had some old appliances removed from my basement, which I badly needed out of the way. I appreciate all the hard work he and his employees did. They were all polite and got the job done from start to finish in 2 days. He did everything he said he would do with a fair price.
