 + -1 moreAfter a two day snow and ice storm, I was unable to get the car out of the driveway. I called Steve Perry and within four hours he was at my door and ready for the job. He was a very nice guy with a reasonable price. I will call him the next there is a snow storm.
Description of Work: Steve plowed the snow and ice from my long gravel driveway.

 + 2 moreThe job went very well. Steve's crew was punctual and worked very quickly. The job took about 1 week to complete. The landscaping looks very nice and the driveway looks great, too. I chose Naturally Unique because they could handle both the landscaping and concrete work.
Description of Work: Naturally Unique provided an estimate for landscaping and concrete driveway replacement. They pulled out all existing bushes and overgrown weeds and planted new trees and bushes. They removed all debris. They also tore up the existing concrete driveway and poured a new driveway. They replaced a small picket fence. After all this work, they planted grass seed to restore the lawn.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreWe discussed the window area and options at length. Jobe told us that he would put an estimate together and send to us. Two months went by and we'd heard nothing. Called him and was told that he had the wrong email address. Gave him new one, and he said that he'd have the estimate to us in the next two days. That was months ago and we've still heard nothing. We've now contracted with someone else. Not only is this behavior very unprofessional, but very rude. If this company is this lacking in the estimate stage, I can only imagine how poor the final work would be. Glad we found out up front. Will never consider them for a future job.
Description of Work: Needed a garden window replaced with a regular one. Had these folks out for an estimate.

Description of Work: Mitchell drew up a detailed illustration of how we wanted to recreate the era of our home (1927). Mitchell and his team prepped all walls with plaster and trimmed our living room with natural woodwork. They installed beautiful beams with crown molding and tear drop corners. In addition, they trimmed the windows, installed French doors and replaced the arched door frame. The results are truly amazing and Mitchell and their team definitely exceeded our expectations. Our house is open at anytime as a reference and we highly recommend Quest construction.

WHEN HE WAS FINISHED; WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH A SMALL AREA AND HE CAME THE NEXT DAY TO REDO IT TO OUR SATISFACTION. WHILE THE PRICE WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE, IT WAS WITHIN THE RANGE OF OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. HE IS LOCATED IN KENTUCKY, BUT WAS WILLING TO DO THIS JOB IN OHIO. I HOPE THIS REPORT WILL LEAD TO OTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIM.
