Any Weather Roofing is a wonderful company and as long as I am in the area I will not use another Roofing company. I called on a Thursday and the receptionist worked some magic to have a technician come out the following day to fit my schedule. The technician Rodney, called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Rodney investigated my issue and informed me that he believed that my roof was in great shape and that the leak was a result of a crack in my window. I find this to be absolutely amazing!!! Rodney was very honest and did not just make up something so he could charge me for it. That type of honesty makes me want to give this company my business. I want to thank Rodney and Any Weather Roofing for their honest business practices. I will be a life long customer because of their fair service!!

We noticed a leak coming in through an upstairs closet this morning that had been dripping on my work shirts. I called Any Weather Roofing and spoke to a very friendly receptionist and then a very knowledgeable owner. They said I would get a call shortly from Shane, their technician. I received a call from him within the hour and met him at my house 30 minutes later where he was already out with his ladder. He diagnosed the issue in under ten minutes and fixed a set of loose shingles that had torn away from the front of the house within 15 minutes. He also diagnosed another intermittent leak due to to an incorrectly installed satellite dish from the previous owner that had placed unsealed screws through our flashing. He sealed those in under five minutes. During this time, he also told me my options for maintaining our flat steel roof to extend the life, gave me the name of a good painter, and the name of a concrete company that could seal some minor cracks on my front porch. Last, but not least, he refused to charge me for something he considered to be too simple a job. Shane is a true professional and I now know to call Any Weather Roofing for any of my roofing issues going forward.

It went great. Jesse was early for the appointment and was very professional and courteous while he was at my house. He was able to complete the work very quickly and the work that was done was top notch.

I recently purchased a rental property that needed the roof replaced. I obtained several quotes from roofing contractors in the area and decided to go with Anyweather Roofing and I'm glad I did! Jesse quickly came out and evaluated the roof, discussed step by step the process in replacing it, and provided a selection of different colors to chose from. The quote was competitive compared to the other quotes I was given. A few days later, the team came to the house, removed the slate without making a mess, and installed a new shingle roof surprisingly quick. I have not had any issues with my roof since. I highly recommend to anyone needing repairs or replacement to their roof.

We had to have our roof repaired and some siding replaced due to wind damage. The staff assisted us in every step of the process. They worked closely with our insurance company and made all the necessary arrangements regarding the estimate and payment. The crew was professional and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very satisfied and would use their services in the future.

I noticed shingles on my front lawn a few days after a windstorm. I called Any Weather Roofing to come out and give me an estimate. I'm a new home owner, so I only noticed the shingles, when they came out they noticed some other things that may have come from the wind storm. They gave me a quote and offered to come back when my insurance adjuster was available to give me an insurance quote on the damage. They handled everything from there. I'm also a college student and work full time, so they were able to handle all the details with my insurance company - they even pointed out wind damage that I hadn't noticed to the insurance company to make sure it would be covered. They scheduled a time to replace the roof so I was there when they started, and when I came home from work it was finished! They cleaned up any loose nails from the old roof, and any mess that could have been made while they were installing. It was as if they were never even there! Except for the brand new roof, of course!

I've seen many of their finished projects and am always impressed. Highly, highly recommended.

Their estimators don't try to shove sales down your throat, their job is not to sell you, it is to make sure your problem is fixed and done well. Their crews are nice and polite too. Much better than you would normally expect from roofers that's for sure.

Not good, after the first rain my ceiling in family room started leaking. The seam from house and room was not installed properly . It took about 3 calls to have someone come and replace and fix the problem. The ceiling in the family room still has huge water spots, and the garage ceiling the same problems.

They were very efficient and got the job done in two days! I was pleased.

A representative from AnyWeather Roofing appeared at our door one day, stating they were canvassing the area, and asked if he could look at our roof as he might be able to get us a new one if there was damage. We agreed and, of course, he found wind damage significant enough to have a new roof istalled. He helped us contact our insurance carrier and everything was set. The roof was installed in a day or two. Although they walked in our box gutters while installing the roof, we didn't think anything of it as we thought they knew what they were doing. Thought everything was fine but, a few weeks later, during a thunderstorm, a leak appeared causing water to gush through the top of our doorframe leading to the basement. Immediately called the rep we had been dealing with and he came over to look at the damage. He said he would report it to AnyWeather. He also inspected the side where the leak occurred, said there was a hole in our box gutters that was causing the leak, and attempted to fix it. However, after we inspected his repair, we had our doubts that the problem was "fixed." We discussed everything with Jesse from AnyWeather and it was agreed on that we would keep a watch on things and let them know if there were any more leaks. Well, no further leaks happened; however, as a result of the water that initially leaked through the walls, the paint in the upper bedroom and the kitchen immediately below it formed bubbles. Jesse was notified, he came and looked at the problem, and sent someone to fix it. While discussing this with Jesse, I informed him that I not only wanted them to fix the bubble issue, but that they should look behind the walls to make sure the insulation wasn't soaked which would/could cause problems further down the road. Jesse stated that since their budget had already been exhaused (or was very low due to it being Fall/Winter), he couldn't fund a project like that then but, when they completed the budget for the Spring, he would add enough to cover the cost of completely fixing our problem. All I had to do was go on the BBB website and give them a favorable rating. Since by this time it was close to the holidays and I really didn't want the house torn apart, I agreed. Since that time, additional "bubbles" have appeared on the walls, a crack is now going up an adjoining wall that was not there before, and the kitchen wall is bowed in the spot where the bubbles are. After several contacts to Jesse (which I initiated), nothing was being handled. During one conversation, Jesse stated that I had agreed to give them a favorable rating on the BBB web site but had not done so. I agreed that I had not, but told him I was not satisfied and, until I was, I would not do that. We also discussed the fact that they walked in the box gutters when they installed the roof and I was told they had to do that. When I told him I had been told there were other ways to work around box gutters, he stated they only thing available was a machine (sounded like a "cherry picker" to me) that the roofers could stand in but it would cost $1,000 or $2,000 a day (not sure exactly what amount he gave me) and I would have had to cover the cost of renting it. I told him I disagreed with him. He also said something to the affect that the gutters were in bad shape when they replaced the roof; however, he never mentioned that to me. I told him if that was the case and he had an issue with it, why didn't he bring it up before they worked on the house. He had no answer. Needless to say, I did not hear back from Jesse. I eventually called the owner of AnyWeather and explained the situation, stating that we had never had these problems before they installed our new roof. He said he'd look into it and call me back. When he did call, he brought up the fact that we had had a leak before. It had been so long ago that that had ocurred, and since it was a minor leak, I had completely forgotten about it and told him I couldn't remember. He said he'd check further and get back with me. That same day, after thinking about it, I realized what he was talking about and called him back. I got his voice mail so I left a message stating that I remembered what it was he was talking about and to give me a call so we could discuss it further. To date, I have heard nothing more from Jesse or the owner but, I really don't know what a prior minor leak has to do with the issue at hand. I will say they sent a crew out around the first of December to re-line the gutter in question with an aluminum asphalt exterior coating which is much better than the original fix. During my conversation with one of the crew that came, he explained they were heading to Chicago to work and that they were "storm chasers" going where the work was. This from one of the crew who installed our roof. I guess that says it all. In response, all I can say is WOW!! I didn't know AnyWeather also employed mystery writers. Their response as to what transpired is so far from the truth I'm still trying to figure out who they are talking about. All I can say is, if this were in a court of law, I would be willing to take a lie detector test. Are they???

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Any Weather Roofing! They were able to a**** and repair my roof 4 DAYS before anyone else would even come out to look at it. If I had to wait that long, I would have had to submit a claim to my insurance to cover the internal water damage that certainly occurred. Even though I already understood the risks, their staff took the time to explain to me the urgency completing the repair before the storms hit. The work was completed quickly and they left no mess when they left. In addition to taking care of my repair, i was given guidance regarding approximately how many years I had before a new root was likly needed. I will surly be calling them again when the that time comes.

Excellent! I would call him back with any roofing problems. He was punctual and polite and answered every question without making me feel unknowledgeable.

First, the general manager Jesse Blaine visited the house on 8/27 to review the possible damage and/or work which needed attention on the roof. ( Earlier a landscaper trimming a tree close to my house had noticed several loose nails and shingles on a spot on the roof that he thought I needed to have checked out to ensure the roof was secure.) Upon examination of the roof he recommended a package to review and update the roof only, because he felt that the roof appeared to be in good condition except for a few locations which he felt could be handled with shingle replacement and sealing. However, he also wanted Doug, their lead roofer, to examine the roof as thoroughly as possible, and address any areas that he felt needed attention beyond what he might have seen in his examination. He felt the shingle replacement was necessary in several spots, but was also concerned about the roof caps (I have multiple ones on the roof) which were not sealed initially or properly when the roof was put on. Doug arrived late morning on 9/03 and completed the full job late morning through afternoon. They asked for half of the cost initially and then they would collect the remainder upon finish of the job and customer satisfaction with the work.

They had poor follow up on numerous times. They asked me to accommodate them and schedule an appointment on Sunday and they did not call or show. I called back and spoke to a lady and she told me she would get to the bottom of it and she never called me back. I called the salesman on Monday and he said to me that he did not have my number and that the weather was bad and that is why he could not come out. I scheduled the appointment for October 17 and they showed up to do the work. I got a phone call from my wife saying that they only did one skylight and did not take the screen out at all. They said they could not take the screen out. I called the salesman back and he said that he only thought we were talking about one and only quoted me for one. This is clearly not true. I showed him both skylights. He never told me it was only for one. I asked him what he was going to do and he said he would see if he can get some kind of discount to get the second skylight finished.
