Description of Work: Mr. Hays did an excellent job. The three jobs were additions to a 1919 bungalow home, so it was not an easy request that I made.

+ -1 moreTook a little longer than expected but they had several add on work that I asked for during the remodel. They are the contractor that I use all the time. They have a key to my house. They have done several plumbing issues and all sorts of other work. I recommend their work...just don't be in a hurry because good work takes time.
Description of Work: Remodel Bath, repair ceiling, hang new lighting Tile work was excellent. Over the years they have hung new doors and stained them which are beautiful. They repaired a door and door frame after a break in and the door frame looks identical to the original 1920's woodwork in the rest of the house.

+ 5 moreThere were a few problems with what he did, and how I actually wanted it done. I asked for heated tile floors in the Master Bath, and I believe he forgot. I also wanted a very large mirror to go behind the beautiful, crystal sconces and he talked me into a small oval mirror. Not satisfied with that at all. I asked him several times to put the big mirror up, but never got done.He was a very nice person and very professional. Other than my not getting what I wanted, he done excellent work! The tile around the shower and tub is very beautiful. Also he would not get the tile I had picked at "Lowes" for the trim for the shower either. I had picked out a very beautiful glass tile for the trim in the shower and tub surround. He picked out something entirely different when it was time to install. I was also very displeased with the high price!
Description of Work: He gave me an estimat of about $6,000.00 and it ended up costing me almost double. He also said it would take around 3 weeks to do and took 6 to 7 weeks. Other than that, he did do excellent work.
