It turned out terribly and they were not able to do the work. When I called them and gave them a three week window they were too busy to do anything. I called Angie’s List and they tried to find someone else and this was also unsuccessful. Also, they wouldn't return the money as I was told it was past the 30 days.

No work performed. No work scheduled. Communication issue.

It went very well and they have been excellent at the follow-up. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent! A guy came with a commercial pressure washer, followed by a rotating scrub brush. A few days later after the concrete had dried, two guys came to seal the concrete. First they blew off any debris, and then sealed using a roller and paint brush. They were very careful and detailed in everything that they did. I was very impressed with their workmanship.

Sometimes these companies overbook themselves or too busy to respond. But in this case, EasyPro is just simply dysfunctional. Communication was weak. When we offered additional timing for service, no response. Customer service is non existent. Just contacted after threatening negative review: Hi, upon further review - this deal was listed out side of our service area. Your address is Loveland OH - That is 1.5 hours away from us. This deal was suppose to be in Louisville only. Sorry for the confusion .... please contact Angie's List for a refund.Thanks, EasyPro Property Services This was advertised for our area. What a bunch of weasels.

It was fine. The guy was really professional. It was just a higher price than what we had gotten from other people.

I liked the service and they did a good job.

they did a great job, but a week later a lot of weeds came back. they sent another team out to clean up the weeds again and apply more weed killer. the garden looks great now.

Brian, the service technician, arrived shortly after my call to the office requesting service. He plowed my 2 car driveway, and applied salt to prevent any further freezing. He was very detailed and dressed nice and neat in his Easypro uniform. I was very impressed with the uniform, and the courstesy that Brian showed. I am looking forward to working with Easypro later this year and years to come.

DJ and his team were great. I called looking to have my leaves removed and after going to their website I noticed a house washing special they were running for the fall. The leaf removal was fast and the house looks amazing! Job well done!

I have also seen many jobs performed by Easy Pro and it has all been done in an excellent manor, the holiday lights are beautiful, the yards are full and green and well maintained, driveways and sidewalks are very clear of snow.
