Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rep. actually told me he would only be there another month so he didn't care. Update TruGreen called me to see if I would take down this review. We are a family owned and operated business. We employ one full time employee, and subcontract out when needed. Our company has an ISA certified arborist, fully insured, and a member of the Better Business Bureau. Our policy is to collect payment for services on completion of work.
