We knew we needed to replace it pretty early on but it was challenging to find someone with the chops to do the work effectively. It seemed like we needed too many skills in a single person and there were a lot of contractors that seemed like they thought it was too big of a project for us to afford and just quit talking to us! Rick & Sue came along and were exactly who we needed. They had a rich history in construction and offered a comfortable experience for an affordable price. We're generally reluctant to share budgets early on but we decided to put our trust in Rick & Sue and they respected that by delivering a suite of designs that went right up to the budget.
