What I wanted was an expert to check out what was causing my problem and advise me on what my next step would be in repairing the problem. He did this in not only a very professional manner but was very thorough. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to give me a quote on replacing my roof on what needed to be done. He did replace my roof and did an excellent job in a very timely manner with extremely expert help.

My new house's roof needed a row of shingles repaired, and I wanted to have gutter guards installed to make gutter cleaning & maintenance a little bit easier. Justin was responsive to calls & questions, very fair in pricing, professional, and knowledgeable about materials and procedures. During the work, he kept me up-to-date on progress. I was very pleased with the work. I had been getting water into my basement and my garage during heavy rain storms and I knew the water was coming in around the chimney area. That was my main purpose in buying the Big Deal coupon, I wanted that area checked and sealed. I had put off writing this review because we had not had much rain since the repair was made. Well, the all day rain of yesterday and last night showed me that the repair worked just fine. I had no water in the basement this morning and could see none in the garage either. Justin did charge me a slight extra charge over the cost of the Big Deal coupon, but I thought the added charge was extremely reasonable. He was here quite some time and did find other areas to repair that I was not aware of. He explained everything to me thoroughly and told me what he was going to do and why he thought it was necessary. He also gave me an overall evaluation of the roof and told me approximately what it would cost to replace, which I need to do within the next 2-4 years. He was very professional and very nice to talk to and I will certainly consider him again for any future work on my roof.

Justin was prompt and very professional. He completed all tasks as advertised. he was also very helpful with some questions I had on another project I was thinking of having done.

Justin arrived at our agreed upon time. He explained what he was going to do. We discussed some issues we had and asked him to look at. He completed his inspection and tune-up and also looked at the items we had asked about. He recommended that we re-direct a downspout which we did as we had the material on hand. He completed all of this in a very timely manner. Justin is very professional, thorough and friendly. I will have him do additional work if the need arises.

I needed a new roof - the old one was 18+ years and turning green from algae and mold. It had leaked in a couple of areas and was told by the repairman that a lot of the wood was bad. I contacted 5 contractors for bids - all "A" rated by Angie's. Two provided on the spot bids, two others got back to me with bids via email within 24 hours, the other contacted me via a phone message - after 13 days - saying that he wanted to get together to "explain his quote" and to "discuss product options". I didn't bother returning his call - I had ask for a quote - not a sales pitch. Each bidder carried similar product lines and the their stated scope of work was nearly identical. I went with Justin Gill Enterprises for 2 reasons. First, I had previously met Justin - his company had roofed my neighbor's house and did a nice job, and secondly, his bid was SEVERAL thousand dollars less than his competition. He also provided me with a "worst case" quote on wood replacement (which could have added 50% to the bottom line cost). After I signed on with Justin and wrote a check for 50% up front, I asked for and he provided full size shingle samples. After I made my choice he told me that it might be as long as 2 weeks before he could start but would call 48 hours in advance. He called back after three days and they started 2 days later. A crew of 7 workers showed up at 8 AM with their own dump bed trailer ( they did not drop a dumpster on my new driveway !!! ), and immediately got to work. It was simply amazing to watch this professional and highly motivated group go at it. They went non-stop until noon, took a 30 minute lunch break, and were back at it until they finished around 4:45 PM. The owner, Justin, did a final inspection of their work, did a whole house walk around with me, and checked that they did a thorough clean up. I was very pleased with the entire experience and I highly recommend this contractor.

Justin and his team were a pleasure with which to deal. They were professional, did a good job, and left no trace but the new roof and shutters. Justin was personable and an excellent communicator throughout the process. He had insightful suggestions for colors. Quality materials were used and there have not been any problems.

We had a leak in our roof after a bad storm, Justin helped make the process of getting it replaced quick and easy. They had the old roof off and the new roof put back on in one day.

Justin was referred to me. I contacted Justin and he was very prompt in completing his inspection and the subsequent estimate. He was very patient with us in scheduling the job to be done. The job was completed in the time he indicated and was done exactly per the estimate. During the job he found out that the downspout was causing problems with the roof. He fully explained the problem and explained the steps that could be taken. The subcontractors were very professional. The y sub contractors alerted me to the fact that one of the old shingles had made contact with a window screen during the removal and made a small tear in the screen. He advised he had already alerted Justin of this. Justin removed the screen had it repaired and installed the screen again. Very professional.
