He was fantastic. It was a little bit more expensive than what the money covered because it is a multi-level house. He cleaned it all and we paid a little bit extra and even gave him a tip because he just was terrific. He did a wonderful job. The total cost was very reasonable. He worked so hard. It took him more hours than he thought. He was excellent. He did a good job. I definitely would hire him again.

I asked Justin to go ahead and replace the gutter guards, which he did, and he also cleaned everything up. Everything was spotless, he was very professional, and I am more than pleased with the result.

The job was done quickly and efficiently. He had drawn pictures of what the brackets would look like before hand but they turned out better than expected. My breezeway roof is now safely back in place. The price was very fair, $400 for the entire job. Everything was cleaned up afterwards so I didn't have to do anything. I would definitely use Mr. Gill again (and in fact, have hired him to come back and clean my gutters).

It went very well. He came when he said he would, and we were very pleased. He did great. It went very nicely. He called right away, but the weather became kind of a factor because he had to get up onto the roof. He was wonderful!

I was very pleased with Mr Gill's work. I initially signed up for gutter cleaning through an Angie's List offer, but also wanted an old antenna removed from the Chimney. I also wanted to have a professional look at the roof and let me know if there were any other issues that might need attention. Mr. Gill worked us into his schedule in the time frames that we initially discussed, he did a nice job on the gutters, replaced some shingles that my neighbor's tree had damaged, and replaced a boot on an old air vent. I was pleased that the work could be done on the spot, without scheduling another appointment. I feel like Mr. Gill was knowledgeable, honest, and no-nonsense. In the end his rates were reasonable, and I would/will call him again.

We were very pleased with Justin's work. He was very prompt, professional and neat. He installed gutter guards across the front of our home. The entire repair took about 1 1/2 hours. He also inspected our roof for any other potential problems.

This was an awesome experience all around. We are very late trying to get our gutter's cleaned out, so purchasing this last minute, I assumed it would be WEEKS before Justin could get to our house. To my surprise, Justin called this morning, and was done before lunch! He has been speedy with his communication, and extremely easy to work with! The job itself was done to perfection, and I have ZERO complaints regarding this entire process. I will recommend Justin to ANYONE that needs their gutters cleaned or their roof worked on!

We bought a $99 gutter cleaning special on Angie's List after reading through all the reviews of A-rated providers. We were in a hurry to get the work done because the house was being prepared for sale. Justin worked us in sooner than we'd even hoped and got the job done quickly. Because he did so well and was so accommodating, we asked him to do our new house too. Again, he got to the job quicker than we'd expected. He proposed installing gutter guards on the upper level of the roof -- which is quite high. He didn't try to over-sell us and explained the pros and cons of the type of guards he installs. We spent some time researching them ahead of time and agreed that it sounded like a good idea. By the time he finished all the work, it was dark, so I waited until morning to see how he'd done on the cleanout and on the cleanup of debris and leaves in the yard. Gutters were spotless, and so was the yard below. Justin's a personable guy and good at communicating, so it was also a pleasure dealing with him.

He arrived on time and bagged all of the leaves for me which is something other companies have not done. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend to anyone.

Great crew. I am very pleased with the outcome. Very attractive corners on gutters. All new downspouts and clasps look great. Everything matches, and it also perfectly matches my house paint color . The crew was professional, courteous, and unobtrusive, cleaning up all of the metal shavings behind them. I really like Justin Gill, the owner, who quoted the job. He is very customer-service oriented. Everything we discussed and that was included in the conract, was taken care of by the crew. I didn't have to make calls and remind them of anything! What a pleasure!

I believe Justin did a good job. He was very flexible, coming by on Saturday because I had concerns the guard wouldn't install properly with the brackets I had. Turns out we had to replace the existing brackets to make the guard install properly. He came back and did the install on a day I was not there as we agreed. It cost a little more than the Deal price for the added scope.

He called and let me know he could do the work that day, giving me 30 minutes notice just like I had asked him to do. He did a nice job and was very professional and easy to work with.

J. Gill was very courteous and professional. After fixing the flashing, he even went ahead and cleaned out our gutters and actually had to remove two downspouts to clear out blockages. I didn't even realize that this was an issue but he took care of it for no additional charge!

If your going to buy a big deal from angies list for gutters or roofing, use this company. I originally purchased one from someone else and it was a horrible experience. Justin Gill was prompt to return my calls, prompt to come measure and quote, and prompt to complete the work. Unlike the other company that was none of those things. His price for the difference in work needed from the big deal purchase was great. Unlike many times when companies will sock it to you with the extras. He was professional and his crew was professional and did a great job with the installation. During his busy fall season he got the job done in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend using this company for your roofing and gutter needs. I have absolutely no complaints.

He came out today and was not able to do the work I needed because my roof was too high. When he came in he didn't know what I wanted done. He thought I was getting my gutters cleaned. He said he didn't check his listing before he came in. He also let me know that they don't make any money on the deals. I worked with him and told him to let me know when they had people on my side of town to get the deal scheduled, but he let me know again that they don't make profit off of it. It just wasn't very professional.

I have a one story small cottage house and it still bugs me I can't find anyone to clean out gutters for less than $100.00. I would like to have them cleaned out twice a year, as I'm surrounded by many trees, but the prohibitive cost keeps me to once/year, and sometimes even less frequently. I bought this $99 deal through Angie's List and was very satisfied with this vendor for this particular project, however, as I let it go too long (2 years), and had considerable damp yucky debris in both gutters and downspouts. As I brought this on myself this time, I didn't mind paying $99 for this time. However, I will still search for different vendor in future, to find better price. If you don't mind his prices, though, Mr. Gill was very nice, punctual, professional, and efficient. (Hence the "A" ratings in all categories for this particular job.)

It went perfect. He was here when he said he would be, explained all of my options, was on time, cleaned up after himself, and in all this was one of the best Angie's List contacts I have ever had. I would recommend J. Gill Roofing to any and all my friends.
