After buying a Big Deal for gutter and downspout cleaning, I was contacted by Justin (the owner) who came out to look into a gutter overflow problem that I'd recently begun having when it rained. Assuming the worst (a clogged / blocked downspout), I was relieved to hear that the issue was just a big pile of leaves in the gutter. Justin cleared that gutter and several more and also installed several feet of gutter guard. Overall, I was so impressed by his professionalism, his expertise and personable nature, along with the fact that he had corrected problems left behind by the previous "gutter professional", I told him that he was now my "go-to gutter expert". I've already recommended him to some of my neighbors and I'm looking forward to working with Justin again in the future.

The gutters are in high, difficult to reach areas. Justin was thorough in what he did, kept me informed of what he was doing, and moved his equipment without damaging any of the furniture or potted plants on our patio and porch. He put the leaves and other debris in bags and left them where I had asked. He is easy to work with, courteous, and responsive to questions and concerns. You couldn't ask for a better job.

Justin was extremely professional at all times, which is not always the case with contractors. The crew that came to do the gutter replacement was on time, polite, professional and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They even made friends with my Doberman so I didn't have to keep him in the house all day while they worked. They cleaned up after performing the work and the new gutters look great!

Went well. He cleaned the gutters and neatly put all of the trash into bags.

J Gill put gutter guards on our house (minus the garage). He was very nice and professional. He came out and gave me an estimate and then was able to place the gutter guards a few weeks later. I would definitely hire him again.

I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and wanted analysis done on the roof. He looked it over and said that it was fine. That if a buyer were picky, there was a small place that he'd re-do, but not to worry about it. He said that if I had a buyer and it was a deal breaker, he'd come back and fix it for $300 but not to bother unless forced to. I thought that was an honest assessment and I appreciated it.

Justin stopped by two days after I contacted him and cleaned out the gutters. He also fixed the back gutter for a reasonable additional charge. Very happy with the service!

It went great. We had some miscommunication and had trouble connecting at first. Once we had this straightened out, Justin got to the job quickly. He did a great job. I would use his services again.

Mr. Gill arrived promptly and unclogged a gutter that went from the roof to under the soffit and unclogged the downspout. He and his assistant checked all of the gutter and Mr. Gill caulked a gutter seam. He explained everything to me and told me that he would return if any of the gutters had problems. I would definitely use his services again and will recommend him to my friends and clients.

It turned out fine. We might actually have them do some more things. I don't think we scheduled the work right away but after we scheduled it they were very accommodating. They came out within about 2 weeks and we didn't spend anything extra. We were gone for a couple months while they came. We had an area on our roof that was covered in ice. We had a new roof and gutters prior to that. Water was coming in and they sealed it. When all the ice gathers between where the roof and the gutters meet, it pushes the shingles up. They caulked it and this year we had no leakage.

When he went to do the gutter repair he notice that the soffit had pulled away from the house and that is why the gutter was sagging, He screwed the soffit back up for free! As he was putting on the gutter guards, he noticed that one section was pitched incorrectly (due to the flow direction being changed several years back), so he removed the gutter and re-pitched it for free! He finished the job as promised and did an excellent job. Justin was VERY professional and courteous. He is one of those contractors with whom it is a pleasure to do business. Thanks, Justin!

Worked with Justin, the owner, to schedule a time. He showed up promptly, we discussed that there would be a slight increase in price from the Angie's List Deal. I was aware of this as I had read the fine print and knew that I had more linear feet than the deal covered. He went to work and cleaned out the gutters and downspouts. He also replaced a section of a downspout that split due to clogs (was an upcharge as well but we agreed on this prior to the work being performed). He also recommended gutter guards and provided a price, which I will likely do in the near future.

It went great. I called him on a Sat and he came out on Monday. He responded quickly and did a great job.

Mr. Gill did a great job. He contacted me quickly and stayed in touch as the job was assessed. Then he quickly fit me in his job schedule. That was not easy since he normally handles roof replacements and this was a very small job for him.

Justin was upfront on the removal of gutter guards that are not covered in the deal price, when i asked while scheduling the appointment. He gave me two options either to cancel and have the refund or he will do the cleaning only in the areas where there are downspout by removing the covers. I opted for the second and got the job done. He did a good job.

Everything worked out well. He did what he said he was going to do. He communicated with me promptly and followed up after the work was done. He’s the kind of person you want to do this kind of job.

My home is located right on the border of Warren County, and it is quite far from his home-base. Although it took a while to figure out a date to schedule the work, Justin did a great job of accommodating us, doing the work shortly after Christmas, which I was impressed by (I believe he did it on his day off). He was very professional and kind; he offered to replace several outside light-bulbs as well as blow off our back deck. He also fixed a wobbly stair from our backyard deck to the yard (which my husband had been putting off for months!). My husband works with contractors for his job all the time, and he was very happy with Justin's work ethic and attitude. I am unsure of his pricing (this is not the sort of thing I know), but it seemed reasonable for the large amount of work he did. I certainly recommend him and will be using him in the future (if he does not mind the drive!).

Turned out very well. They had to do a little repair and frankly it was a big job as they had not been cleaned for awhile. He did a great job. Honestly I think I would have paid a lot more for someone to come out and clean my gutters prior to doing it. His customer service was excellent. He left the place very neat and tidy. He was very professional and friendly. Would absolutely use him again.

I purchased the coupon for gutter cleaning and also ended up getting gutter guards. The job went well and I have no complaints.

It went OK. He had to return with a taller ladder to install the downspout leaf guards on the back gutters, but he was reasonable about the additional fee.

He examined the roof and said that it was very good condition expect for one area that was soft near the base of a clearstory. He said that there was another area on the opposite side that would probably cause trouble in the future. I contracted him to repair both areas. The repair had to be done on another day since he needed to purchase and stain replacement boards. For both the estimate and repair, he arrived on he said he would. The job was first rate. The cost that I entered includes the cost of the Angie's special.
