He initially contacted me promptly. He arrived on the date and time as agreed upon. He did not hesitate to address the minor repairs I requested. He cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and friendly.

I bought a coupon for gutter cleaning. He cleaned my gutters and also sold me some guards to keep out debris. I was sold exactly what I needed and nothing more. He did a good job and left the area clean. I would recommend him and use him again.

Hammered down and caulked the pop up nails The original package was $95 for inspection and minor repairs. Replacing the caps involved parts. The cost of the parts was added but at a reduced rate. When Jason, the owner was leaving I asked him how he makes any money with the amount of time he spent. I knew the answer is that he hopes a new roof is required. In my case he said that the roof was in good shape.

This kind gentleman and professional did great work on our gutters and house. This review is a bit late and I can't remember exactly when the work was performed earlier this year. He came over, cleaned out the gutters, replaced broken gutter guards, and custom molded gutter guards onto our sunroom (the sunroom gutters were oddly shaped for the gutter guards). As he was replacing gutter guards, he noticed that an awning on the side of our house had an anchor and bolt break out of from the house, causing the awning to bend forward. He stopped what he was doing, repaired the anchor and bolt, corrected the awning, and continued on his task. He did a fantastic job all around. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need more roofing work, but when I do, he will be the first person I call. Thank you for your help!

Great work. Very professional, diligent and went over and beyond on our gutters. Pricing was extremely fair and the recommended leafguards were impressive and significantly priced lower than big name gutter companies. Would highly recommend.

Glad to have had chosen J. Gill Roofing. Mr. Gill checked my gutters, figured out one was overflowing due to obstructions in the downspout and cleared away the obstruction. He also reattached downspout to siding and checked to see if gutters were in need of cleaning. He did not try to sell me on any unnecessary items (like gutter guards or roof repairs) and did a great job. Since the work did not take long, he also gave me a discount on the normal cost. Justin offered me a gutter guard solution that would eliminate needing my gutters cleaned multiple times per year, which would save me money. Justin arrived on time, was very professional and did a wonderful job. Justin went out of his way to ensure I was well informed of other problem areas he noticed and even took the time to address some other small issues on the spot. Service was good. Explained how down spouts were totally clogged Showed me pictures of ineffective screens on gutters, most were bent, some just lying in gutters. Purchased new gutter guards from him and they were installed within the week.

I enjoyed working with Justin Gill. He took the time to explain everything and discussed possible complications during the quote process. As it turned out, there were no complications on the job and we have all new gutters that are "so far so good". His crew did a pretty good job of cleaning up compared to other roofing companies I used in the past.

Initially signed up for gutter cleaning on top gutters of a two story four bedroom. Several nails were out and gutters were separated from proper placement. Got a quote on the spot for gutter guards including gutter repairs, very reasonably priced. Work was completed that day. Clean job. No issues. Owner did the work. Very friendly and professional.

The provider contacted me to schedule the $99 Gutter Cleaning, Roof Debris Removal, and a Gutter Tune-Up coupon deal I purchased. When I told him where I lived (which is within his service area) he told me it was not worth the trip for him as he would not make any money on the work. We did settle on a date of service as he indicated he could bundle the trip with another job in West Chester. Then immediately after we agreed on a date and time, he called back to ask if I was interested in gutter guard. He started his sales pitch and I indicated I was not interested. He asked if I had gutter screens - I said yes and he indicated the deal did not include removal of the gutter screens except at the downspout. He then informed me I could have him come out and lose the $99 because he would not be able to remove the screens or I could cancel the deal...or if I get gutter guard he would take the $99 off the price. I told him I would call Angie's List because I do not recall any restrictions on removal of the gutter screens. Mr. Gill said he was not going to write the appointment in the book and to call him back if I wanted to cancel. This felt like an old fashioned bait and switch trick. I suppose if I had any interest in gutter guards he would have made the trip with no hesitation. I do wonder how many others purchased gutter guard after buying a deal coupon -- when they originally had no plans on purchasing the guards. I immediately called Angie's List to report what had happened. They reviewed the deal and indicated there was absolutely no where in the deal that indicated removal of the screens was not included. I canceled the deal through Angie's List as I am not sure I could trust the provider to do a good job since he stated he was not making any money on it.

I have Leaf Filter gutter covers. He worked with me in doing a thorough good job of cleaning off the filters, eliminating the debris at the corners, and evaluating the roof.

Justin was professional and showed up on time. He tried to sell me gutter guards, which I wasn't interested in at this time. Overall, the experience was good and I would call him again. Thank you.

He not only did gutter cleaning, but did basic maintenance, too. As a roofing professional, he was able to make some basic repairs and offer some helpful suggestions relating to my roof and gutters that I doubt I would have gotten from many people offering gutter cleaning service. Cleaned out gutters that were clogged up due to a previous roofing company who was too lazy to clean up after themselves. He went above and beyond and didn't leave until the work was done. It was great doing business with this company and I will not hesitate to use them again for any roofing issues that may arise.

Justin of J Gill Roofing contacted me the day I bought the service for gutter cleaning. It was during a two-week rainy period and he stayed in frequent contact and the day the sun finally reappeared he appeared-- and it happened to be a Saturday morning. One downspout was hard to get to because of a large magnolia tree, and he carefully trimmed the tree and gained access to the gutter and downspout. He worked quickly and cleanly. There was no mess or debris from cleaning all the gutters on my house. I recommend J Gill Roofing for gutter cleaning and will use J Gill Roofing again.

It was just one person and he did the job really well. He stayed a little longer than he should have and I think we made him late for his next appointment.

I purchased the $99 deal from Angie's List. They made arranging the date and time simple. The guy arrived on time and immediately went to work. I mentioned a small location on my gutter that seemed to dump water heavily during storms and suspected the gutter nail was loose causing that section to droop slightly. What he found was a bag of shutter screws lodged in the gutter from the other company I had used to replace my old shutters. He cleaned out the debris and I no longer have that heavy overpouring of water during storms. He cleaned up the area well and was very courteous and professional. I would use the company again..

It was a good experience. The only thing we had to pay extra was $15 for hangers but other than that the deal was great. Our house is a two storey, but it is like a basement as above the ground so it is a really tall house and it was a really hot day.
