Found Justin's info on Angie's List. It did take a little back and forth to finally get connected with him but he came out a couple days later and gave me an estimate to clean my gutters and said if I purchased gutter guards he would waive the cost of the cleaning. Came out the next week and installed them. Overall very satisfied.

Justin and his crew were very responsive and efficient with all aspects of the job. The skylights were an add on part of the job over a small section of the roof that added some complexity. We had to to order the skylights ourselves since we were "stood up" by another vendor who was supposed to install them. This took several months to accomplish and Justin was very flexible in working with us to come back, install the skylights, and complete that section of the roofing to our satisfaction. Several screens were torn with the removal of the original shingles which he was happy to repair. Clean up was good for the most part. (It is hard to get all the nails and small pieces of shingle contained.)

Great service, they were on time and did a great job!!!! Everything went perfectly as expected.

They didn't anything. They said that there was nothing that they could fix. They said that the they seriously could do something about it and that they would call back sometime and never did. They never called back or followed up. They didn't do anything and so I can't grade the quality. They came right out. They had somebody do my siding and they didn't finish. I called them to see the if they could finish the five sq ft of siding for me. They said that they couldn't do any thing about that small job. They said the roof was okay. All I wanted to do was to see if they could fix my siding but they said the job was too small. They said everything else was okay. I wouldn't use them again in future.

Justin was very responsive and the work was done quickly. I'm sure that someday I will need more extensive roof/gutter work done and Justin will be the first one I'll call.

Mr. Gill did a great job cleaning my gutters. He cleaned them last year (2014) as well and I wanted him to come back and do it again this year. He's punctual and communicative and I will definitely use him again.

He was great. He came once but the roof had snow on it, so he came back a week or two later. He was thorough and fair.

Was helpful explaining options and did an excellent job cleaning and installing gutter guards. Chose a more permanent option that I didn't even know was available - aluminum guards.

Fantastic provider! Very punctual in terms of providing an estimate, which was almost identical in price to one other top-rated provider. Was able to schedule the work less than a week after the contract was signed, and arrived right on time with his crew. By the end of the second day of work, all was finished, and the debris had been hauled away. One could not ask for better service.

Justin accommodated my schedule, and kept me notified in advance of exact time of his arrival. Very courteous and professional! He was wonderful to work with. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it was necessary to reschedule his service well beyond what he could have deemed acceptable. He was very professional and kind I might add since a family member's serious illness necessitated the postponement. And this meant he had to make two trips to our house, even though it should have only needed one. He was extremely gracious about this. Additionally, he let our daughter use his power blower to clear out the whole yard and said, "Don't worry. I'm here for a while so use it wherever you like." I would definitely hire him again and have even marked it on my calendar to call him next year as our yard is on a very heavily treed lot.

Was very professional and friendly. All scraps and litter was cleaned up and disposed of. He even trimmed a few tree branches away from my roof which was not part of the contract. Am going to have him replace some gutters in the spring. Would definitely recommend to others.

It took a bit to get Justin's crew to the house to do the work, but once they did I was very impressed. The delay was caused by some the gutter equipment breaking on another job, so it was certainly understandable. Justin's crew did a great job at a great price. They fixed all my facia board and gutters that were sagging. Their price was nearly 300 less than the next best competitor. Would certainly recommend them.

Job went great. The old roof was a double layer so this was a full tear off, and full re-do from the base wood up. Justin's crew did an excellent job, the roof looks great and an old basement leak around the chimney is now a thing of the past. We just had two days of rain and I did not see any water in the basement where it would always show up before after a rain like this. Justin's crew was very friendly and professional, they really tore into it, and very importantly to me, they cleaned up the area really well. After they left I did not find any debris and only one or two nails so that was great, and there was a lot of debris came off that roof, but they got it all. Justin also installed new gutter guards, and they seem to be working wonderfully as well. I was very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Justin walked me through areas that needed work as well as options. He did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. It was a helpful conversation and I felt well guided through potential solutions. He even brought a Tuckpointing need to my attention.

I was expecting the worst and got the best! I was dreading this appointment as my roof was failing in 3 separate areas: the upper bedroom had a leak, over dining room window and by the chimney. I thought for sure I needed a new roof. J. Gill is an honest contractor who fixed all the issues I had for $250.00 and told me I had 3-5 years left on the roof itself. I had another roofer scheduled to come out the same day but I canceled them as Mr. Gill spent 2.5 hours fixing my roof right there and then. I was so incredibly relieved that I wouldn't be facing a huge roof repair - I just spent $3K on other home maintenance. Last week it rained several days and no issues so I am a very happy camper! Will definitely contact J. Gill Roofing again. Professional, honest and excellent work from what I can tell.

Work was completed in a professional manner and he went above and beyond to give his construction opinion to me on some other projects I was talking about having done.
