Description of Work: Don't let the cost of service make you hesitate! Angie's List makes you put something in that data field so I threw a big approximate total number in there that reflects 10 years of wonderful service from Dwayne and which involved some remarkable (and expensive no matter who you know) work with our home's exterior drainage system after we had basement flooding. My wife and I have known Dwayne Mullin, owner of ProMax Plumbing, since 2005. He has performed numerous plumbing jobs for us ranging from installation of a new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and kitchen water filter to installing a cistern pump and accumulator tank (with UV filter system on top of that new pump system) to emergency installation of a new (and awesome) hot water heater he selected for us, to the aforementioned specialized outdoor plumbing project, to most lately in summer of 2015 removing old cabinets and plumbing fixtures and installing new cabinets and new fixtures in our Master Bath and Guest Bath. Dwayne is more than a plumber by an order of magnitude because he can literally do anything and knows so much about the building trades. I'm an airline pilot and work professionally with some amazing mechanics and technicians so I know when someone has technical expertise. We rely on Dwayne exclusively for advice on products and on what kinds of work needs to be done to optimize home improvement results. Dwayne is completely trustworthy, reliable and honest and we have never hesitated to grant him access to our home even when we were not able to be home. Best plumber you will ever have the good fortune to hire!

+ -1 moreHe was excellent and the job came out beautifully. He is a master plumber and I would recommend him to anyone. I paid $6,000 which included all of the supplies as well as the labor. I like him because he is honest and sincere, and the quality of his work is good. When there was a problem he contacted me and explained why he couldn’t get back to the job as soon as we wanted to. We changed the bid a bit and he made allowances accordingly. I felt like I was dealing with a person that was being upfront with me the whole time. He sent me to a website so I could preview the system that he was going to put in. Once he was done I felt satisfied that I had a shower installed that was a quality piece of work. Everyone that has looked at this job has been enthusiastic about the work. I am planning on having him come back to do more work because I feel confident in him. He is a master plumber and he knows state laws and what is acceptable. I think the price was in the ballpark and he was punctual; when he started the job and said he would be here, he was here.
