+ 0 moreI called him on Saturday and he come on Sunday. He gave me a call prior to arriving and completed the job very fast. He would have been done much quicker, but I was asking him a bunch of question for which he seemed happy to answer.
Description of Work: Larry was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, informative, professional and very clear and concise. I'm getting a fireplace insert installed and the installer recommended Freeze's Chimney Sweep as a reputable contractor to do the pre-install chimney sweep. His price was reasonable and he completed a thorough inspection of my home as it related to any chimney-oriented items. Upon completion of the cleaning, he sat and offered a plethora of advice on chimney and roof care as it pertained to the chimney. He did not try to sell me on any useless services or products. He's a very well-spoken guy, with very thoughtful suggestions and advice to offer. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Unlike the last chimney sweep I hired, he provided me with a very comprehensive report detailing all the elements of my system, i.e. future possible problem areas and areas that were in good working order. He also provide a plethora of literature explain chimney/fireplace care and related building code regulations. Of course he did a great job of cleaning the chimney. A great experience.
