+ -1 moreThey are 5 star. They are unbelievable. They can actually give you an estimate without coming to your house. The price was better than I thought. They are probably the most professional company I have ever worked with. They could download my house on the internet and tell me just by the square footage what it was going to cost. Their followup was just so professional. I didn't even have to be at my house when they came. They said they would call me later to get my credit card. They didn't even ask for the credit card in advance. That is the only time I have used them so far.

+ -1 moreI called 2 places from Angie's List and an internet search. Both got back to me within and hour. The first gave me an estimate looking at my house on Google Earth. She had no sense to the condition or issues and gave me a very, very high quote. I told here I would look elsewhere. In contrast, Ben, the owner, and his assistant arrived in their truck at the agreed time sending me a page on their exact arrival time. Their truck was clean and very well equipped. He inspected the stains on the area in question and gave me a very reasonable quote, He and his team went to work immediately. They treated the whole area and used scrubber equipment to thoroughly clean the surface. They then sprayed and rinsed the surface with their power washer. A couple of hours later the end result was outstanding. The entire surface was stain free and looking like the day I purchased the home 11 years ago. Ben and his team were courteous, punctual and displayed a desire to really do the job right. I was assured that if there was any problem to give them a call immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Power Pro Washing and I am sure I will have future needs for their services.
Description of Work: We are going through the process of downsizing our home and getting ready to list it with a local realtor. Wanting to present the home in the best condition possible I needed my concrete driveway, walkway, front porch and rear patio cleaned. Over the years it had become stained with mold in the shaded areas and stained from the mulch in the flower beds.
