In addition to the work described in the earlier section, Joe very patiently explained how to use my existing remotes with the old amp....and also explained how the whole package could work together. I appreciated his personable approach to the work, and most importantly, that he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Description of Work: My stereo speakers/system stopped working and I couldn't figure out the problem. Joe did some testing/trouble-shooting of my equipment and quickly figured out my amplifier was broken. We discussed options. He was willing to try to fix the amp, but also explained it probably wasn't worth the cost. Since I had an old amp on hand, he just put that in and re-connected all the wires. He also helped me figure out how to best use my receiver, tv, and speakers.
