Nature's Way Complete Grounds Care

I tried to email company this week to arrange for less treatment areas and "pollinator areas". But the company sent a truck out to hurry in a treatment and are demanding I pay for a totally unauthorized service. Tyler Toole and Mark Toole talked to me like I was a handmaid. I'm a single disabled middle aged woman. In all my years of business and properties I have never seen an established company bully a customer for not spending enough $ and forcing services. It is woefully unethical.

I've been using them since they first went in to business. They are always very, very good regardless of what I need.

Horrible experience! In 2015 we caught them red-handed treating only part of our lawn, while charging us full price. In hindsight I should have cancelled then but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since they claimed they didn't know they were supposed to treat our whole lawn. Then, when we cancelled our account the following year because our yard looked and still looks absolutely horrible, they promised to have a technician come and assess the issue, talk to us personally, make things right with us if we give them another chance. Instead of doing that, they show up during a Severe Thunderstorm Warning and applied a treatment during a driving rain - I watched them do it. I called them immediately and they apologized and offered to re-treat it in normal weather conditions, this after they knew we had cancelled. I vehemently declined and reaffirmed the fact we cancelled our account and they were to cease and desist treatments. Today we were threatened by the owner (Sandy Tool) with a threat of collection. Trust me, these people are complete amateurs and don't have the first clue in maintaining a lawn. Trying to scam us and squeeze out another payment. We had NITRO Lawn Care for years and we always had friendly reliable service and our lawn looked great. Unfortunately I found out our account and many others were purchased from NITRO when they went out of business. I've reported their deceptive business practices to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable lawn care service.

My previous provider, Nitro Lawn, merged or was acquired by Nature's Way. I was extremely pleased with Greg Smith and Nitro Lawn. He is still involved with the company and still covers my address, although the quality is not quite what it used to be. The second treatment burned a section of my grass, and while they did come out and look at it and actually took responsibility, it is a month later and my yard still has not recovered. I will continue to use Nature's Way for now, but if the quality continues to decline, I will have to start weighing options.

quick, and dependable. Not as responsive on other landscaping work or lawn treatment. Not my first choice for landscaping. Asked for ideas and suggestions and little or no original thought.

Last summer we moved into a home where the yard and mulched beds had not been maintained for a long time. We first looked at the house in the early spring and foliage had not started to emerge. By the time we closed on the house and moved in, the yard had more clover than grass and thistle had completely taken over the mulched beds. The thistle was 4 feet tall and dense, especially in and around the few bushes which were only 2 feet tall. We were still trying to get the last of our belongings moved when fines from the neighborhood association started arriving. "WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD" We did a quick search for local landscape companies and Nature's Way was not the cheapest, but seemed to have good reviews. We saw their trucks in the neighborhood at two other homes and so we gave them a try. The clover was gone after just 1 treatment. They cleaned out the mulched bed and dug up several bushes all for around $150, pretty reasonable. When the thistle came back and we were fined again by the neighborhood association, we called Nature's Way and they retreated for the thistle for free. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure it was under control.

They do the job that I am paying them to do. Their price is fine.

We have a yard with hills, rock creeks and lots of trees. It takes me 2 hours, 3 if I edge the walkway. The Nature's Way crew is done in 30 minutes, including cleanup and edging. We have called a few times with general questions and have received immediate response. Very Happy with the service. Our lawn looks better than the neighbors who have had another lawn service for several years.

We have been using Nature's Way for 14 years. The owner Mark Toole is professional and courteous. I know that no job is too big or too small for them to handle. His staff is friendly and trustworthy. My lawn looks amazing.

They've been very good. They come on time when they say they're going to. They tell us what they say they're going to do. They've done a good job of looking after the lawn. I like to have green lawn, not a yellow lawn and they've done a good job meeting that expectation and helping my lawn come along because it was a brand new lawn last year. They were easy to work with and are reasonably priced. They do what they say they're going to do.

I've had pretty good success with them. Their prices are pretty reasonable. They do efficient work. I used them last summer and I think I plan to use them this summer. I get 5 treatments a year. I like them. I would pay the same price to do my own lawn. Their prices are competitive. They have been pretty good. I speak with the owner most of the time. His daughter came out and was supposed to give me a quote on a bush we were thinking about planting. I called a couple of times and never heard back so it was kind of frustrating but it wasn't enough not to use them in the future. I don't think we would go through them for planting because they blew their opportunity.

I received thier quote, a little high but reasonable so I accepted it. They began service in April and I have been satisfyed with thier service and plan to use them again.

We have used this firm ever since they started in business. They have consistently been very professional, done an excellent job, and worked with us to address special problems with our yard. We have arranged to pay a monthly fee year round for their service. This has included very prompt snow removal from a long gravel drive on some occasions when we needed help if ambulence access was needed. I would highly recommend their services.

Most impressed with customer service. Calls always returned promptly & work done when promised. Wonderful family run business. We have used other comPanies in the area and were less than satisfied with work performed and customer service.

We pay $45 for a treatment and $42 for mowing and edging. They are very professional and prompt. I can rely on them for their knowledge and skill.
