Not sure why he couldn't give me a call to let me know he was held up or whatever reason he couldn't make his appointment but that to me is a true giveaway of how the company really operates he is not the only company to not show up and people tell me I should call them back but I feel it is their responsibility to keep their appointments

I mainly called him because I know the name is a well known name here. When we had the driveway put down, we had some pitting in the concrete after it dried up. We are kind of still waiting for him to come over and kind of patch or repair the holes because there are quite a few in the concrete. Other than that he was great to deal with. So we’re just trying to wait for him to come over and do that. I’m not sure but it seems to be kind of an issue with concrete from what I understand. I think that the pitting problem with the concrete seems to be an issue. He was very accommodating and the only problem is, him getting back over to take care of the problem. As far as dealing with him and doing a great job, he did fine. I kind of did three bids with two other companies and he was right in the average price range. I cannot say that the quality of the concrete is his fault because he contracts that out. That’s kind of hard to differentiate. The quality of his work was not bad but it’s the concrete company and the concrete that was bad. We’ve been waiting for him for a few months to come out and that would be the only problem there. He was punctual and came on time for his appointments. We will use his services again in the future.
